Silentish Saturday #2,438

(Shoes, bra, shorts)

Okay, I don’t know how many Silentish Saturday posts I’ve done but it’s a lot.

Four miles @ 8:29.

Adams Ave Donuts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We gave them options of places to go and they chose the beach again.

Long jump competition.

I need to give up on my dreams in this sport… Skye made if further than me.

Sore shoulders from hitting a ball back and forth for so long.

Cool.

Sancho’s Tacos ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She lived on the boogie board.

Pizza for dinner.

Souvenir shopping.

Happy weekend!

Will you be doing your long run along the beach this morning?

Long run in my hometown…..at the finish line is the bakery. I got the peanut butter doughnut I thought about the entire twelve miles and 2 dozen cookies to take home to the kids. Long run, doughnuts, and cookies. I don’t think the day will get much better than that.
Have a great rest of your trip! It looks like a lot of fun.

Looks like fun! Walk and Peleton weight workout, starting to pack my kid up for college dropoff (give me all the tissues), and finishing up a good book.

Just finished my first ever 20-miler in preparation for my first ever marathon on September 2nd! Reading your blog has given me a lot of inspiration and motivation throughout the training process 😊. I see a nap in my future, followed by an evening of pizza and watching baseball with my family. Happy weekend!

visited my aging parents..both 90, are selling a lot of their stuff off and are finally talking about moving out of their house into assisted living….I’ll believe it when I see it……for some reasons after good weeks, I seem to use my weekends now to kick back, do yard work and chill and recover……am attempting to turn the family into vegans, I want to at least try a whole food plant based diet…have read so many reasons why…I love my dairy, and my wife and kids would have to be brought along kicking and screaming…..this may be a long term project
