Just a few clips from our Monday night. Hope yours was a good one too!
Highlights from the featured film:
– Brooke shows off how smart she is by showing me where her eyes, toes, hair and fingers are (ps she prefers to wear her headbands like a crown).
– Brooke is already a sprinter. She loves to tap grandma on the leg and give high fives.
– Moon, mountains and my favorite song to listen to while I am driving. You can find it here!
-Just relaxin at Mountain West Burrito.
-My grilled veggie salad of goodness with my SIL.
-Ice cream cones for the kiddos.
-Wheels on the bus… don’t make fun of my voice… it will bring back some of my bad memories from 1st-10th grade.
-Froyo and the Bachelor (yes, I am embarrassed that I watch that show and it drives me crazy) with Paige and her mom.
-Some of the family working on my nephew’s science project late at night. Procrastination runs in our family.
-I don’t want this book to end.
Fill in the blank:
If you had a million dollars right this second and you had to spend it all today, you would buy ________ , ____________ , ________ , _________ (just one thing or lots of things… it is up to you).
Sanaz @ runforcake
My Monday was a busy fun day. I made Mexican lasagna which is always delicious!
If I had a million dollars I would save 900,000 and spend 100,000 on a trip to Europe. :)

Receipts for medical bills, new flooring & a kitchen for our ocean home, paint & stain to refinish tabled & a dresser, a new greenhouse & supplies, a few benches, receipts for county improvement bills, & a gift certificate for a few night at a B &B.
Reality is that it will all be done in time, so I’m grateful for my life & each moment & person w/whom I share it.
Shay @ Whine Less, Breathe More
If I had a million dollars and had to spend it all today, I would buy an all-inclusive trip around the world, full of experiences and adventures for my girls and myself. And donate the rest to a children’s charity.

If I had a million dollars to spend it today I would buy new running shoes, a running coach, race registrations, pay off my debt and my family’s debt.
A huge vacation, a new house, and pay off any bills :) and a boat. Oops, that’s 4.
Blaire @ Just Been Running
Ha well I would definitely pay off my debt which isn’t too much but enough. I would give some to my parents for being so awesome and then I would put a bunch in savings and then I would go on a huge trip to Europe and buy lots and lots of clothes :)
That’s such a good question! I would pay off my school loans, buy some property in the mountains, a hot tub for my brother and SIL, eat at the fanciest restaurant in town, and give the rest to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Brooke sure is speedy! If you ever figure out how to bottle her energy and sell it, please let me know. I’ll take a case :)
Too bad this isn’t a giveaway ;-). I’d get some new windows and kitchen cabinets for the house. And pay off the house lol.
Debt… demolish and rebuild my house to how I want it… a Jeep SUV… a trip to Ireland… I guess I can give some to family ; ) .. oh and my own coffee/pizza/dessert shop that caters to just me… (then hire a personal trainer..)
Megan @ Meg Go Run

I would buy a new computer and then take a really awesome vacation somewhere warm! and then save the rest :)
Yesterday was a good day – I went on a 5.5 mile run, got my adorable son’s hair cut, and celebrated my niece’s 5th birthday.
If I had a million dollars that I had to spend today I would pay off my school loans, buy a house (so tired of renting!), buy a minivan, adopt a baby, help out my family, pay for our Disney vacation (and stay for longer than three days), and visit my family in Singapore and Korea. And I’d do some research and donate to a great organization or two. If I didn’t have to spend it in a day I would definitely save a chunk of it, but that wasn’t really an option.
Chelsea @ A Fit LittleOne
I can’t get over Brooke, she is so cute!! I would buy a near car, a new computer (since mine is trying to crap out on me), pay off my boyfriend’s schooling, then give teh rest to my parents so they can buy a house wherever they want.

If I had a million dollars to spend today, I’d buy plane tickets for my whole family to get together for a nice, long holiday. I have parents in Australia, more parents and a brother in England, cousins in the States, Australia and England, grandparents in Australia and in-laws in the UK.
It would be a dream come true to spend four weeks with my family in one location.
I love those kinds of questions!! What would you do with your mill?
I love toddler energy! I wish I had even half of what they do.
A million dollars? I’d do the normal stuff like vacations, pay off the house, save for kid’s college, invest….but I’d really love to anonymously make some people’s dreams come true, like paying the adoption fees for someone or paying for a house for a struggling family, things like that. Leaving a ginormous tip is on my list too.
Linda @ running4two
…I would buy my parents a house and a car so they wouldn’t have to work anymore. I would then pay off my brother’s house and then my house. And I just might have to buy a new purse, some running shoes, and go on a vacation. :) Can I do all of that with a million dollars??
Ashten @ Southern class and a bit of Sass
(first thing thaqt came to my mind) I had a million dollars I would quit my job and travel for a year. Now this is not realistic but I am sitting at work and that doesnt sound like a bad idea right now!!
Marissa @ Run Riss Run
If I were being selfish and only spending the $ on me, then I would pay off our house and travel, travel, and travel :)
Miranda @ Lovely Wife Lovely Life
I would buy my fiance and I a trip to NYC. I am so terrified of big cities but it’s always been a dream of his to walk down Times Square and go to Central Park. If I had that money, I’d buy nonstop flights, a stay in a luxury hotel, and rent some personal body guards ;)
a small house, a trip to antartica, stocks and royalties, debts, and charity and good deeds :)
(ps. the chain is an amazing song. helped me a lot, too, when i needed it)
I would pay off all my student loans, take my parents on a big trip, and buy a house!
I would buy a vitamix, flights somewhere hot with my friends and family, running lessons, a new wardrobe and pay off my student loan. I’d also love to donate to the Syrian appeal- an amount that would make a difference!
ari @ whatarisaid
Cuuute! I would buy some clothes from Lululemon (cuz I’m addicted), and maybe could I use that money to pay for my move to Oregon. I’m hoping to move there this summer and I’m feeling like it’s gonna be pricey!
I was driving in Orem yesterday (lost actually…my first time there) and I drove by mountain west burritos and waffle love! I should have just stopped there and given up. If I would have run into you it would have made my day:)
Amanda @ .running with spoons.
Oh goodness… you’re both completely adorable :D As for the million dollar question… I’d buy my parents a brand new home wherever they wanted, and then use what was left over to plan a trip around the world.

I would pay off my student loans, buy a new car, maybe buy my own condo and furnish it, stock up on new clothes and then buy myself and as many friends as I can afford an amazing trip!
Love these videos. We need to get together again! It’s already been too long :)
New house and vacations to Hawaii and Disneyland.
We do wheels on the bus and line up kitchen chairs so everyone can take a ride. The hokey pokey is a good one too.

PS – love the videos! :)
Aaahhhh post more videos of Brooke. Always. She melts my heart.
MWB veggie and steak salad with a pile of guacamole is my most favorite salad. EVER.
Fro you and the Bachelor. You are living the life. I still need to watch last night’s episode. Clearly I need to set my priorities straight!
I would buy a minivan (I know, right?…but I would) pay off Ross’ student loans and buy a Winter house in St George. What would YOU do?
Ummmmm, I’d probably buy a sweet apartment in NYC (although a million dollars may not even get me that!) and if I had anything leftover, I’d have to go for a little shopping spree at lululemon :)
Please do weekly video posts. I love them. Brooke is too precious.
If I had a million dollars I would probably go on a shopping spree and buy a bunch of running clothing, BCBG clothing and another car…because why not.
By running clothing I mean 1000 pairs of runderwear.
If I had a million dollars I would definitely get a bigger house… and then go shopping, donate some to charity and most definitely take a vacation around the world with everyone I love. :) And my financial savvy husband would say something like invest a ton of it so we could spend a ton more in the coming years!
I’d get the treatment I need for my Lyme disease, give others with Lyme disease money for their treatments and invest some!
I would buy a house! A modest one. Doesnt need to be a mansion. Not sure where though. Kinda sick of Ca! But I should probably pay off all our medical debt first. (Thats why I dont have a house anymore.) Then I would help my family. Then I would have a soup kitchen or something like that. I like to feed people.
I dont think there’s anything wrong with your voice! Brooke’s personality is so darn cute.

Victoria @ Smiles 'n' Snuggles
Clothes, candy, a new car and a new house.
Shine @ [email protected]
I would pay off my student loans and donate
How fun! I love seeing these little videos of your life!
I would pay off my debt, start college and trust funds for my boys. Help friends and family out of debt. Have several close friends that work so hard and still struggle would be nice to help them out and give them a bit of much needed relief. I would buy lots of workout clothes shoes and work clothes stock up on clothes for my kids in the next sizes up in whatever brand they wanted since I wouldn’t care about price :)

I would buy…a lifetime supply of burritos, travel the world and buy a few vacation homes! Is that too much to ask for?! Haha :). The Bachelor is a fun show to watch, ain’t no shame in that.
Donate a ton, buy a house some where HOT, and then a Boston Marathon treadmill. ;-)
A new home and wheelchair accessible van. And pay off dept
Danica @ It's Progression
Oh man….If I had a million dollars and I had to spend it all today?! I would first pay off all of our debt (student loans, house), then pay for my siblings’ college tuition, pay for vacations for my entire family, and then donate a bunch! That’d be so stressful to have one day! :)
A million dollars to spend today: Buy a “compound” so that the mom’s could live with us, but still have their own space/independence. (Which is pretty much the entire million in the Bay Area) — but assuming I get something for selling my house, I’d turn those proceeds into running trips/entries, new cars (mine has almost 200k miles on it!), and hire a cook, housekeeper, and gardener/maintenance person for a year. :)
We’re hooked on the Bachelor too. And just got my MIL hooked.
If I had a $1 million to spend today I’d buy a house near my work, give a portion to my dad to retire, and a portion to my boyfriend for his college tuition! Now if only I can make that happen…. ;-)
If I had a millions dollars and had to spend it today I would: buy a new house, give my kids the college fund that they deserve, invest some and give the rest to my church and charities.
Brittney @ Sweets 'N' Greens
I love the videos! Brooke is even cuter in videos than she is in pictures :) If I had $1 million, I’d travel the world for a few years!
I would pay off my mortgage, buy a house for you and Brooke right by your family. Then a ticket from Australia to Utah to meet you face to face. And last but least fly to NY for the marathon.
I just got back from a 15km run and it was a great one. Love it when you feel strong. It’s also very warm here at the moment so I had to get up and run at 5.30 am before the 100F kicks in.
Have a great day!

“and I will take the chain off of the door….”
