Thank you so so much for all of your amazing comments yesterday. You are all the absolute best.
Monday morning –> 11 miles completed before the Brookers woke up. 9.63 of them outside and then when I got home I was absolutely frozen so I ran 1.37 miles on my treadmill to warm back up and it worked like a charm.
And then we read Elmo books upside down while I foam rolled. I am super happy because my calves are feeling 100% again. All it took was scraping, a day off and lots of foam rolling (all things that I never did for the first 10 years that I ran ((aka why I was always injured)).
Matching socks. It doesn’t happen often so I have to make sure to point it out to you when it does.
Ever seen a salad selfie? I got really creative with this picture.
I like to get my week’s worth of vegetables in one sitting. I also enjoy getting a month’s worth of ranch dressing in one sitting too.
A few hours later and my sis and I took the kids to go to National Froyo Day. The yogurt and toppings were free. I am going to tell you something that probably won’t surprise you. We got to Yogurtland so early that we were first in line for the free froyo. I was pretty proud of myself.
$0 for this happiness.
The usual trying to eat Brooke’s fingers and making her laugh hysterically over it followed by dinner at home.
And then we had our Monday night ritual of watching the train wreck known as The Bachelor while eating super nutritious foods. Back to just one dessert a day starting today;)
Brooke was having her own little date while we were watching.
Off to the track for speed. 12 x 400. I am focusing on taking one 400 at a time and not thinking about how many more I have to do as I am doing it. My other goal is for my last 3 to be my fastest 3.
Are you wearing matching socks right now? Do you usually?
Anyone watching The Bachelor this season? Are you a Juan Pablo fan?
Last dessert that you had?
What type of workout is on your schedule today?
