Workout: 7 miles in 49 minutes. 7:37, 6:57, 6:57, 6:48, 6:46, 6:36, 7:22. I have done this workout on Wednesdays for a few weeks now and I have noticed 2 things that make me happy. 1. I used to think about quitting a lot during this workout a few weeks ago but I didn’t even think about that once today because I know I CAN do it since I have done it before and I feel stronger. 2. My recovery time is a lot faster and when I am done with the workout I feel pretty good compared to a few weeks ago when I would want to crawl back in bed afterwards.
Even if your times aren’t getting faster over a month or so pay attention to other signs (how you feel mentally and physically, your breathing, your recovery time, your heart rate etc) that prove you are gaining fitness.
The cousin and I are going up to San Francisco for her birthday to celebrate for the day so today I will show you pics from the last week that haven’t been on the blog yet and a giveaway at the end!

I am finding a few gray hairs a day in my hair. I don’t know why I feel the need to tell you about this.

I have a deep love for sunglasses and my eyeballs hurt if I go outside without them so I was stoked to get a pair of the Ray-ban Clubmasters (in tortoise) from the Sunglasses Shop.

I love the super classic design, they are comfortable and light and perfect for summer. I just think they are a beautiful pair of sunglasses:)
