Silentish Saturday!

Things dropped quickly….

LAUREN is back! After 12 weeks and 3 days, she is running again.

Andrew went running and did 6 miles next.

It gets pricy when we are both marathon training;)

The race we are in charge of for the school is coming up so we had a bunch of errands for that.

OUR CABINET DOORS ARRIVED (turns out being assertive pays off;)

We needed to be out of the kitchen which gave us the perfect opportunity to go for Mexican food.

Maria Bonita for fajitas.

Got out for a short hike to try and find the bighorn sheep we saw the day before.

Didn’t see them but had fun.

Going to channel Brooke today on my run.

I can’t believe I might need hand warmers today.

Tell me three things you have going on today!

Today’s plans: 1) 3+ miles- I just entered my 2nd trimester and am getting back into running after fatigue and nausea had me doing more walks, strength WOSs and Peloton rides in my 1st, so we’ll see how far I get; 2) dinner with my dad and stepmom to celebrate that we are expecting. It’s the first grand baby in a while, so everyone is excited :) 3) some house cleaning and reading while my husband works most of the day. Have a great weekend, Janae! :)

2nd trimester! I am so happy for you, Emily! That relief is so nice when it finally comes. Have the best time at dinner celebrating and let me know if you are reading a good book.

Ran 18 miles. Went as great as it could have!
Next up is packing up for my husband’s century ride tomorrow. I feel like we will need Rice Krispie treats to keep both of our energy up. Spectating is very demanding work. I also need to make a few signs which all reflect back to Tour de France/La Vuelta. It’s always fun when the cyclists get my reference.
OH-I relistened to Diljeet on I’ll Have Another during my run. BYU is so fortunate to have her!!
Have a great weekend, Janae!

The Rice Purity Test is a literary journey through the chapters of our lives. Its questions are like paragraphs, each one contributing to the overarching narrative of our experiences. As we respond, it’s not just a quiz; it’s a conversation with our past selves. The resulting score becomes a numerical artifact, encapsulating the essence of our unique stories.
