(tank, shorts, shoes)
A blurry screenshot again from my run with Emilee.

10 miles @ 8:10 average, and we still didn’t have enough time to get in all the talking. Andrew always tells me he will never understand how we can chat non-stop for so many miles day after day, but we are pretty talented at chatting (dare I say as quickly as the Gilmore Girls) if I do say so myself.

I am thrilled to report my drink fridge has been put in. I have wanted a fridge just for my 50 favorite drinks for a very long time.

Also, a ceiling fan. We’ve gone since March without one, and the struggle has been real.

We had after-school cookies when the kids got home.

The two of us have gotten into throwing a football back and forth to each other.

This kindergarten stuff is exhausting.

Let’s jump right into the favorites for the week!

*The peach flavor.   I really like this one, and sometimes I mix it with the piña colada one and all of the pebble ice.  It’s so good! LIQUID IV is 30% off sitewide this weekend with this link or the code HUNGRY-RUNNER-GIRL

*Andrew picked this shirt out for me, and I wore it three days in a row this week. I love the color so much.

*This sweatshirt is on sale! I had low expectations for this for some reason, but it is actually beyond soft and cozy. I’m grabbing it in a few more colors for this fall.

*Andrew and I watched The Peanut Butter Falcon, and it was so so so good. It’s on Amazon Prime!

Favorite things this week- all the zucchini recipes before summer is over and the anticipation for fall (leaves have started falling here!).

I love having a fan to sleep, but I don’t have one in my apartment. A definite must when I get a house!

Please send me your favorite zucchini recipe, I haven’t made any this summer. LEAVES ARE FALLING?!?! I hope you have the best day, Mariah!

I cannot sleep without a fan!! I need white noise and air movement!
I rarely watch movies because I can’t stay awake. But I did score Taylor Swift concern film tickets yesterday! I will not be falling asleep during that!!
Follow up, Do Hard Things by Steve Magnus. He and Brad Stulberg are so great!
Have a great weekend!

I’m with you, I don’t think I could fall asleep without some fan in the run. Okay, I need to get some of those tickets! THANK YOU… ordering the book! You too:)

Happy 1st day of September, and the start of the “ber” months. 😊. I am looking forward to all the fall things. It actually feels a little cooler this morning, and we had a random quick rain and thunder during the night.
We all must have a ceiling fan for sure. Moving air makes sleeping much better.
That sweatshirt looks comfy. I could use a couple good sweatshirts for when I am working at the food pantries.
Have a good Friday Janae

yeah, weird, but for years now I’ve always needed a small fan next to our bed….not necessarily for cooling, but it drowns out other sounds I guess…..

Yep, fans are just the way to go:). Hope you have a great weekend, Warren!

Favorite thing this week is that the weather finally cooled down! Last week was a scorcher (humidity was 80% with temps in the 100s) ! My daughter had her first week of kindergarten and they couldn’t even go outside at all! This week I’ve been enjoying going back out for runs!

My husband and I have our 8 year anniversary on Sept 26!

Due to kids, I now am used to sleeping with some sort of noise. We just moved from Colorado and our house didn’t have a/c so fans were necessary at night. Now, I’m used to having a breeze on me at night when it’s warm out.
