Neither of us were feeling our normal treadmill running routine so we hit up the track instead (I’ll post the workout next week).
The track is our playground.

Next stop was the pool and we shared some salad, popcorn, apples and sandwiches.
We kept things simple for dinner too and Brooke had her favorite combo lately:

I spend way too long picking out my watermelons at the store. It is a very important decision in my eyes because it is a sad day when you are excited about the watermelon that you bought and then you cut into it and it is a blah one. We had watermelon and yogurt parfaits for dessert.
I should probably get in a double digit run today because I have the Seattle 1/2 marathon in TWO WEEKS. I can’t wait. Seattle is one of my absolute favorite places.
