I have a feeling I will be looking down at my left wrist about 30 times each mile during my marathon on Saturday.
I am a huge fan of Thought Blossoms so I am stoked to be able to do a giveaway.
I absolutely LOVE their customized active bracelets and runner ID. The bracelet is super lightweight. You barely feel it while you run and I love looking down at it and seeing my favorite mantra ever. They offer a lot of different colors to choose from and you can have up to 15 characters on each line (2 lines) of whatever you want it to say!
And yes, we got matching bracelets. J & B. Brooke’s bracelet has a magnet instead of a clasp so it is super easy to put it on her.
Okay, just one more picture of them because I love them so much.
Thought Blossoms has a huge assortment of incredible necklaces, bracelets and rings. It is so fun to pick out exactly what you want each beautiful piece to say and making them personal to you.
PS I think that these would also make INCREDIBLE gifts!!!! I mean it is almost Christmas:)
THREE PEOPLE will win their choice of the Long Lean Necklace, Heart Necklace, Gold Leather Wrap Bracelet or the Marathon Bracelet.
Giveaway will end on 10/5/14

1. The sky was pretty dramatic last night.
2. This. It was actually what dreams are made of. I think I may replace my gu for the marathon for little baggies of this along the way. Glucose. Pure glucose.
3. You should have seen Brooke when she first saw my horse sweatshirt yesterday. She kind of likes horses lately.

Love your matching bracelets!!! How bout I give ya all three: My favorite running matra ‘dig deep,’ it really helps when I’m feeling like giving up, I know I can dig for just a little bit more. I ate a sesame bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese. My favorite month is October, I adopted both my dogs in this month and in two weekends I’ll be getting married. Good luck on your marathon, you’ll do great! Dig deep!!
Allison

“Just Believe” is my mantra! I write it on my arm before I start any marathon or ultra and it works! I would love a small bracelet with that written on it!

Girls and horses just go together, my daughter has been riding since she was 2.
I wanted to wish you good luck this weekend and have fun!!

Run Far. My favorite…but also lately – run hard and be nice! (I feel like those two things could quite possibly save the world! Oh…and I have to remind myself that often cuz I have a teenage boy whose testing me! So…therefore I tell myself over and over…run hard and be nice…run hard and be nice…)
Suzana
I think my favourite running mantra might be “if you feel this (or ‘if it hurts’), it means you’re alive”. Weird, I know, but I am so grateful to be able to run and I consider myself lucky that I’m able to occasionally go out and test my lungs and challenge my legs and feel the air rushing past me… it’s the best way to feel alive :)
Tessa
I ate cake for breakfast! That’s ok, right???
Miranda

A mixture of 7 different cereals for breakfast! I love mixing lots of different kinds together!
Lisa @ Exercise eat repeat
my running mantra is the same ‘i can do hard things’ when i heard you say it, it really stuck with me. i don;’t find running a natural or eay thing for me at all and i am really slow. this often discourages me from committing to distances and when i run that is what i think ‘i can do hard things too’. I have just done my first ever half marathon in 2:34:50 and loved it.
Andrea
My favorite mantra is “Hills Make us Stronger.” I believe that it applies to life and when I am running up a hill ;-)

I have 2 running mantras: “Finish strong” for when I feel terrible at the end of a run and “Every bad run means a good one is coming right behind it” when I’m finding a run particularly rough.
I’m planning on having this (http://www.popsugar.com/fitness/Egg-White-Oatmeal-Recipe-35832057) for breakfast! :D

1. My list of priorities- I know if I am living my life out of this order I will encounter difficulties in my life: God, Family, Academics, Everything Else.

I don’t have a favorite running mantra, but here is my favorite running quote: “I may not be the strongest. I may not be the fastest. But I’ll be damned if I’m not trying my hardest.” I also like the “Just Run” quote because it reminds me not to overthink things and compare myself to other runners.
Amanda
My running mantra is “breathe”. As an asthmatic respiratory therapist, sometimes I get overwelhmed and need to remind myself to just breathe through it, life, a hard run, undercooking my pumpkin muffins, just breathe.
Amy
Just don’t quit is my favorite running mantra

It’s not so much of a mantra but when running gets hard it remind myself of my natural 3 day labor! If I can do that I’m pretty sure I can do anything.
Jenny
“She believed she could so she did”…my running and life mantra, has gotten me through childbirth, divorce, starting to run and now injury (hopefully a quad-strain-and-not-a-stress-fracture kind of injury).

Courtney @ Cardio Queen
My mantra probably seems silly because it’s when I’m running (not swimming….and I’m not a swimmer), but I love repeating that line from Finding Nemo: Just keep swimming. It helps me to think positively and to just keep going. :)
Angelle
Favorite Mantra: ” Just keep running, just keep running” In my best Dory voice :)
Favorite month is October!!!! My husband and I are celebrating our 4th year anniversary on 10/22/14!!! Yay for marrying my best friend <3
Laura
I’m loving breakfast cookies lately, because they are so delicious but packed with so much healthy things! And October is my favorite month because it finally starts cooling off! This is all relative, as I live in Florida, so “cool” is anything below 90!
Suzanne
My running mantra is “My Body is Stronger Than I Think” – this really helps because sometimes I let my mind get the best of me and this reminds me that my body can do much more than I think it can. I have exercise induced asthma so that makes it harder to run sometimes because my lungs aren’t as strong as my muscles but sometimes all it takes is one quick puff of my inhaler and I’m good to go to finish the run.
And my favorite month is December. I live in FL and work at Disney so it’s the most magical time of year down here. It finally gets a little cooler and nothing can beat the decorations around Walt Disney World at Christmas time – there are trees and lights and gingerbread everywhere!
Sarah Matos
My favorite month is October. Fall in New England is the best. Crisp air, pumpkins, and vibrant leaves!
