Pump class followed by hanging out on my really good friend’s porch saying goodbye before he moves to California= boo. (Okay, 2 sentences for this one) Brooke is really fascinated by her foot and continually shows it off as much as possible.
This family of mine, I sure got lucky.
Brooke had a snow cone before going to the park, memories when you are a kid of snow cone eating during the summer is pretty important.
And fast forward through chicken/sweet potatoes for dinner and the bedtime routine and then I had ice cream while playing kickball at our old elementary school.
Followed by playing the game of seeing how far you can jump out of your swing… I flew out at least 15 feet from the swing.
One of my favorite parts about holidays is dressing Brooke up to match whatever holiday it may be (from HERE) .
Remember this next time you want to quit during a hard run:
Happy 4th of July and I hope that you have an amazing day!
What are your plans today? Any special traditions?
Anyone running a race today or this weekend?
Best thing you are going to eat today?
