Yesterday’s quick 3 miles before school worked out so well that I decided to do it again this morning. We get out early on Friday’s and so after school I am going to hit up the gym to work up a sweat doing weights (I may graduate up from the 3 lb set to the 5 lb set).
As I was walking to my classroom with my best teacher friend this morning I was multitasking and started to shake up my cottage cheese, apple, grape bfast. The lid was not on all the way. Cottage cheese went flying everywhere. It took 11 minutes to clean up and I was left with 3 grapes.
Good thing I am always prepared for my clumsy ways and have a back-up breakfast of yogurt and random fruit in the faculty fridge for days like this.
I walked into my boss’s office this morning to find four of the biggest boxes of donuts I have ever seen. There must have been 100 donuts in each box. It is moments like this that make you realize how beautiful life truly is. One for me, one for baby:
I love the internet. You can find the most random things and be entertained for hours. My latest form of entertainment came from a list of 25 Foods You’ll Never Be Able To Eat Again which made me remember some of the delicious foods that were taken away from us and never sold again.
By far the best M&M’s ever created.
How could they have taken this cereal away from me? Cinnamon AND syrup flavoring!!!
Never had the Magic Middles but I have added it to my Bucket-list to have them before I die.
My brown bag lunch included a squeeze it everyday of my life.
Even though I absolutely adore ketchup, I don’t think I could come near the purple ketchup.
Wow, isn’t it amazing how many posts I can write that are purely about food? I guess I am really hungry and just counting down the minutes until I start my carb/cheese loading fest with Billy. Running talk later, I promise.
I am in the Huffington Post today talking about my favorite running songs HERE!!!
Check out Heather’s giveaway HERE for Skinny Pop Popcorn!!
Tanya is giving away an entry for See Jane Run 5k and 1/2 Marathon HERE!!
What is a food that you used to love and buy but is no longer sold?
Did you pack your own lunch or buy school lunch in elementary? If you have kids this age, what do they do?
If you plan on doing weights and cardio on the same day, which do you do first?
-I always do cardio first but my sis always does weights first.
What are your crazy night Friday plans?
