Make sure that the night before your race you:
1. Dance the night away with your new bff’s. Between my heart rate being 179 for at least 2.5 hours straight from jumping around so much and my quads now being sore from my stellar moves…..I will feel this today while running. Would I change my decision to dance all night? Never.

2. Eat a bowl of fiber. This will hurt and may end embarrassingly. (Photo half-way through burrito bowl)
3. Don’t forget to eat ice cream with one of your college BFF’s. (Second ice cream stop within 4 hours, first ice cream stop details coming your way shortly).
4. Walk at least 8 miles up and down the strip in boots that hurt your feet and that have now caused blisters on 9 out of 10 of my toes.
This should be interesting. I absolutely can’t wait to get my run on with 44,000 other people and think about all of the great times that I have had this weekend.
