Woke up this morning and did 45 minutes on the spin bike with zero tension while watching ‘Chopped’ on my ipad.
4 sets of 13 push-ups. Ouch.
Why would I still wake up crazy early to go to the gym when I can’t really do much?
-I LOVE being around other crazies that get out of their nice warm bed to get their sweat on. Their endorphins are contagious
-I am a morning person and I learned early on in my marriage that Billy doesn’t particularly enjoy me waking him up at 5:30 a.m. to see if he wants to hang out with me.
-I want to stay in the habit of getting up and working out in the morning, otherwise I fear that when my bones are whole again I will be out of routine and besides fighting to get back into cardiovascular shape I don’t want to have to fight to get back into routine.
-I can still work my upper body like the professional body builder that I am.

I do not want to say the exact date that this 459 ounce bottle of ketchup was purchased but I will tell you it was very recent and BIlly has used it twice. I could dip practically anything into that crack and think it tastes delicious.
I have been a clutz since I was just itty bitty. I fell on the sidewalk (those cracks really jump out at you) and I broke my front teeth and had to get them removed. Let’s just say I didn’t have front teeth for nine years.
Dang, I wish I still had that dress…… That lace would look so good on me now.
I am a thumbs up kind of person. I talk with my hands a lot and my students constantly make fun of me. They challenge me to keep my hands to my side as I teach for at least 5 minutes but I can never do it because I get way into whatever I am talking about. It probably makes them feel nautious to watch me run around the room flailing my arms and that is why their heads are on the desk half the time.
