Time for the traditional Thursday Night Pizza Night recap. I really wish that I could tell you that this tradition is Billy’s idea but it is not.
Billy, “We should have leftover vegetable soup tonight, it is really good.”
I run into the bedroom crying.
Me, “Do you even know me anymore? I look forward to Thursday Night pizza all week long, and last week we missed it for stupid Thanksgiving foods.”
Billy hugs me and wonders how much crazy estrogen is flowing through my veins at that moment.
Okay, I tend to exaggerate a tad bit and this isn’t exactly how tonight went but to be honest I get emotional very easily about things like, ‘Pizza Night.’

I used our favorite pizza dough recipe and topped my half with the following….
-Olive oil and garlic
-Feta and Mozzarella cheese
-Tomatoes and zucchini

They are vegan so it is perfectly okay to eat half the dough while you are making them. Not like I know.

-Crying over the fact that I didn’t get a chance to workout on Thanksgiving. It is crazy how in the moment it seems like it is really a big deal and then when you look back you realize that you are a moron and that there are a lot bigger problems in the world. Those hormones do crazy things I tell ya.
