Completed my first double digit mileage run this morning! 10 miles! I don’t know why but using my very first gel, fueling properly and being able to hit that mileage without feeling like I couldn’t makes me feel like I am becoming a true runner. Thank you for all your help!

Ran a “Half a Half” race this morning (6.55) on snowy streets and freezing temps! Automatic PR for the strange distance and confirmed I’m on track for half goal in May! First time I have seen “age graded” scoring for awards.. I technically got beat by a 71 year old woman that finished as I was driving home, haha. Enjoy the snuggles and plant vibes!

I ran that race too! I thought the age grade would help me being 38, but it did not at all haha. Small world seeing another Cleveland runner in the comments 😊. Are you doing Cleveland half? I am training for the full.

Ficus trees are some of the easier plants to keep alive. Water when the soil is nice and dry and make sure they get good light and you’re good to go. Overwatering is where most people go wrong.
