A few things from this week:
*My dearest Ali. This episode had me sobbing. The community she has built is going to carry her through this. I hate cancer.
*This documentary is about Sally McRae and the Cocoon 250 Ultra. I just cannot even imagine.

*I no longer need to ever leave my house again. I have my pebble ice machine and Ninja Creami up and running. Prepare for all sorts of creations with that thing, and that pebble ice machine will keep me hydrating all summer. Andrew did his research with the ice machine and concluded this one to be the best. It has been amazing so far and kept up easily with the ice needs of 6 people. My nieces and their friends have been stopping by to get ice too;)
With the Ninja Creami, I’ve been making ice cream, core power creations, and gelato. It makes everything so creamy, and you can add mix-ins, which has made amazing cookies n’ cream core power ice cream. PS It’s all about the respin on the ninja creami. I first put it through on lite ice cream, add 1-2 tbs of milk, core power, or heavy whipping cream, and spin it again. It is the key to the creamiest treat in just a few minutes.

I found Ali through Janae’s blog. It feels like we are all family. I know we are all sending Ali so much love. I actually listened to the episode before I saw her post. I was excited when I saw it was a life update and thought perfect, I love a good Ali update for my morning run. And then my heart just sunk… total shock. Cancer totally sucks!

I need to watch the Sally McRae documentary!
We started the Tour de France documentary on Netflix last night. We have made it through 3 (of 8) episodes so far. It’s an interesting edit so far. It has led me to yelling things like “But show Tadej winning Planche des Belles Filles!!” I either need to pop a chill pill for the remaining episodes or watch it alone. Haa
Last thing-I started today’s Armchair Anonymous this morning. It’s nurses theme. Andrew will probably get a kick out of it!

I too sobbed while listening to Ali’s life update. What a shock. But wow, has it been heart warming to see the community she’s built rally with support.
The look of concentration and determination on Beck’s face! Adorable.
I also don’t know what the ninja creami is, but I am really interested in it now. It seems really easy to use.
No big plans this weekend, which is ok. I desperately need to get some cleaning and reorganizing done in our house.
I had my book club dinner last night, and ended up staying up really late for me, so I am starting the day slow. Ha ha

She truly has built an amazing community filled with so much love, it makes me tear up just thinking about it.

Wow! My friends and I were JUST debating about whether or not salt & vinegar chips are good. The group is split 50/50. I sent your TJ photo and my friend said she agrees with you and is actually going there tomorrow to buy them.
IMO, the best chips are Cape Cod , plain or russet chips (they’re toasty). Not sure if you would have them in Utah or if it is a regional thing, but their chips are sooooo good. Kettle cooked are the way to go!
