Silentish Saturday!

A St George run. 10 miles @ 8:04

Warm enough here for the bathrooms to be open and drinking fountains to be on🙌🏻

Many many hills.

Andrew then went out and got in so much biking.

Pool all day.

I stayed in the hot tub.

The best spicy chicken pita.

And then we went to my BIL and SIL’s home:

Kneaders (which will always remind me of Mer).

And staying up way too late.

Tell me three things you have going on today!

Taking the scenic drive to Virginia Beach, with stops to see where my boyfriend’s grandparents grew up and get lunch. Race expo. And then early bed for his half tomorrow! Have a great weekend :)

Is this the shamrock race? Actually I think any and every race this weekend is a shamrock race. I should ask if it’s the same one Lindsey Hein will be at. She’s the best 🤍
Good luck tomorrow!!

Run views!!!
I’m to do a 5K time trial today. I want to find the tail wind!
Have fun this weekend! The food so far looks delicious! Sadly eating this week has been a chore with new braces.
I’m hoping to enjoy the nice spring weather and new blooms and squeeze in lots of reading. Oh and I’ll be stalking Milano San Remo updates. It’s so hard to watch cycling races in the states! I swear I was supposed to be born in Europe.

I want to hear all about the 5k time trial. That 5k pace just burns so good. Uggggg that does sound like a chore, hoping your mouth adjusts quickly to the change. I think you need to be the person to work towards getting cycling races broadcast over here. I’m putting this job on you so we all get to enjoy. Hopefully your gel for your run was easy to eat today! Have a great weekend, Molly!

Hey friend, sorry about the difficulty you’re having with the new braces. Try getting some braces wax at the drugstore. You just press the wax over the sharp areas of the braces and it will make talking and eating so much easier.
