Somehow my baby girl is 3 years old today.
Back to the normal sweaty post-run selfies together.
For some reason I thought that my workout yesterday was 6 miles… but when I got to the treadmill and looked over it again it was actually 9 miles. 50 minutes @ 7:47 pace and then 12 x 30 seconds @ 5:45 pace with 1 minute recovery jogs in between each one. Those 30 second strides were tough the day after a long run.
Pool time was next on the list.
Followed by some intense biking.
The guy took us to our favorite for dinner and Brooke tried edamame for the first time.
My salmon salad and sushi combo… I will never stray from ordering these things.
BYU put on a free movie (BIG HERO 6).
Brooke was pretty excited about it once she figured out what was going on.
Time to get in a short run with some crazy sprints and then we will be celebrating all day long!
