Hit up the tailor to get some alterations on my bridesmaid dress for my bff’s wedding next month!

I found the perfect class for me to teach at the gym, now just to convince my gym to start a treadmill class…  you guys will come right?

THIS STUFF brought my hair back to life… I just use a tiny amount once a week (it lasts FOREVER) and it has helped my hair out big time.

This happens to me too, I always start the day trying to get in as much nutrition as possible but as the day goes on the indulgences win.

I would go to a treadmill class, I think it’d be fun! (but I like running on the treadmill)

I definitely eat better earlier in the day. Evenings I get snack-y and feel like I should have dessert after dinner. But, if I start the day off less healthy, the whole day seems like it just goes downhill. Fortunately, that doesn’t happen too often!

I always eat healthiest in the morning. By late afternoon I need chocolate and a frosty from Wendy’s.

I’ve never been to a treadmill class but it doesn’t sound all that appealing to me.

I use a Keratin shampoo and conditioner from Biolage and it’s awesome.

Sentence for the day: My dogs seriously need obedience school except they’ve been expelled from 3 of them so far!

Those are some seriously wicked-fast 2 minute intervals. I have huge hair and I’ve tried every sort of product on it including all of the expensive stuff but the one thing that works the best is the Safeway brand gel. It’s pink, and it costs around $3.

Never been to a treadmill class, but I did go to a gym with a cardio theater that showed movies to a room full of treadmills. Makes the run go by so quickly!

Favorite shampoo & conditioner –> Bed Head “Dumb Blonde” because it works wonders on my color treated hair ;)

I always eat super healthy up until dinner/late night snack time and then all bets are off. Anything sweet doesn’t stand a chance up against me!

There is a treadmill class at my rec center. I have never been to it though because it isn’t held at a time I can usually be at the gym. I have heard it is good though.

I eat healthiest during my day…never. It is pretty much equals and I want to eat naughty things all the time. My hardest time though used to be evenings (which is still a problem, cause like I said #allthetime) but lately between the hours of 2 and 4pm I want ALLTHETHINGS.

So is that voice thing an ap the Iphone has? It sounds exactly like the voxer ap my friends and I use. I love it. Ross hates it. Let me rephrase that, Ross hates listening to me listen to my friends. He thinks it sounds like they are hiding in a closet talking to me.

I use It’s a 10 hair treatment (there’s probably a specific name for it… But it comes in a blue and pink tub). After I was in a wedding where my hair did some serious acrobatics, I decided to treat myself to a little haircare magic. When you rinse it out, you can feel the difference!

On average I probably eat healthiest in the morning and early afternoon. But I’m trying to keep stocking more veggies so that I can easily make them for dinners.

I feel like I also do the best with eating earlier in the day. If Im going to splurge it is most likely going to be in the evenings!
Not sure how I would feel about a treadmill class…it could be fun but I really don’t like running on a treadmill in general so I’m not sure if this would be any different for me.

I love Kerastase! Best products! I also started using something called Orchids Oil – it’s perfect for after blowing out your hair. Makes it all nice and smooth and pretty without weighing it down.

I just tried Mile High for the first time over the weekend–it was amazing! I’m not a treadmill runner at all, but the 6+ miles we did (in intervals) flew by. I’m hoping to see these classes at other gyms, since this studio was a little pricey for a single class!

I’ve always wanted to do an Orange Theory class which incorporates treadmill intervals. Otherwise I’ve never done a class like that. I bet it would be very motivating. After dinner is always when I fall off the wagon and want something sweet.

I was thinking about Orangetheory when Janae mentioned the treadmill class. It is my gym and I’m obsessed although usually the maximum time on the treadmill is for half the class. I love it though because it keeps me entertained when I normally dread the treadmill.

There is a treadmill class at my gym (Club Sport in Pleasanton :) but I’ve never tried it! I’m one of those strange people that like running on a treadmill, but the times of the classes don’t really work for me.

I definitely start out the day by eating healthy. Nighttime is when I tend to give into cravings!

I have naturally curly hair and love this deep conditioner made by a company called Mixed Chicks.
I tend to eat healthiest for lunch. Breakfast is usually bad carbs and dinner is usually picking on stuff but hardly ever a real meal.

I have been taking a treadmill class since August. It’s a treadmill / free weight / HIIT class and I LOVE it! It has helped improve my strength and speed! I moved this past weekend and now I can only take the class when I’m in town visiting family and friends. (I moved 3 hrs away.)

I love Redken All Soft. I have been using this for over 10 years, every time I try to change it up I hate it!

Lately I have been eating like crap all day! I started a 30 day “cleanse” today so hopefully I will be eating healthy all day! Otherwise, I am usually really healthy for breakfast.

I did a Shreadmill class at my gym when I lived in LA. I went to the Beverly Hills location a few times and ran next to Emmy Rossum! Only in LA… It was a fun class though. Lots of speed/incline play, good music, and energy. I’d do it again!

I’m obsessed with Mile High Run Club. It’s a must see the next trip you make to NYC. It’s perfect for me because it incorporates everything I know I should do as to become a well-rounded runner but get lazy about: hills, sprints, strength and stretching. Plus the atmosphere is great – fun lights and awesome music. It is pricy but totally worth it to add in as a every other week thing.

I use Head & Shoulders… I’ve never had dandruff but it makes my hair feel amazing.

I eat the healthiest until mid-afternoon. Snacking is my downfall.

-I’ve never even heard of those treadmill classes but I’m certain they’d be a huge hit in the Midwest during the winter!
-I definitely start off the day being more motivated to eat healthfully, but as long as I don’t get too hungry any time of the day I’m less likely to give in to more sweets.

I eat healthiest at breakfast and dinner with lots of fruits and veggies! I indulge more for lunch and eat a lot of carbs and peanut butter and then have some chocolate.

My gym has treadmill classes but I actually don’t think I’d like them. The instructor tells the class participants when to speed up and slow down and incorporates interval walking (at least at my gym) and I prefer to stay at a running pace the whole time. To me, it’s harder to go back and forth from walking to running fast.

I LOVE my treadmill class!! They call it Tread-n-shred at my gym and it has significantly helped my running! Brought my speed down by almost a minute and I can now run hills (we don’t have many here in Florida–just bridges!)
My morning is healthiest! After 3:30pm I want to eat the fridge, but I always have a nutritious dinner.
Don’t have a favorite shampoo/conditioner…my hair is super short so anything goes! I like to occasionally splurge on expensive stuff but would rather spend it on running clothes! ;)

I take a tread class every week called precision run. I really like it and think that the class has improved my speed. I am forced to use the incline a lot more than I would on my own too! Chicago is flat and I am fine with that.
Currently using bumble and bumble products.
I eat healthiest before about 3 pm. Then the snacking temptations kick in for me.

My sentence for the day is “I’m finally feeling better!!”. Stupid cold had me knocked down since Saturday afternoon.
I tend to eat healthiest in the morning. Although my dinner is usually pretty spot on too. Snacks tend to vary.

I have been to a treadmill class, as well as classes incorporating the treadmill, like Orangetheory and Barry’s. The treadmill class took place in the middle of the gym and was 30 minutes. Included a lot of hills and sprints and made me worker harder than I would alone. You should start a class! :)

I would love a treadmill class!! Treadmills don’t bother me. I actually quite like them. But this would be fun to try.

I do great for the most part during the day but afternoon and evening snacks is where I tend to falter. Except my mom gave me a donut this morning, so I’m not off to a great start. Oops.

the chart is precisely me! I start the day 100% in charge with healthy choices….and then by the end of the day and dinner, I’m just scrambling to get food. Ha! I figure that’s my version of 80/20. 80% of the day I’m on point!

and yes, Brooke has more hair than my 4yr old. My littleone has yet to have a hair cut and we can barely get her curls into a ponytail.

I went to Mile High for the first time last week and am going again tonight. The treadmills are top notch Woodway’s and it was a great interval workout. I did the Dash 28 so need to do the full hour long. It’s fun to not have to think about your workout and wait for the cues.

I eat healthiest early on…my struggle is the post dinner munchies!

I like my solo runs on the treadmill. Headphones in…book open. So I probably wouldn’t try it but I wouldn’t say never.

I definitely eat worse in the evening.

There’s a studio here in Chicago called Shred415 and it is 4 15 min segments that alternate btw the treadmill and floor work. Sweat Chicago where I teach also has workouts that change everyday and some are very treadmill heavy. It seems like a workout you can do on your own, but there’s something about an instructor pushing you that helps you work harder than you thought you could!

I have been seeing a lot of stuff about this treadmill class lately, I am intrigued and would absolutely try it. The fun level would definatley depend on the music and the instructor. I eat healthy ALL day EXCEPT 3-4oclock everyday without fail I struggle miserably, (often failing) to stay away from snacking on unhealthy foods. I have been using Quest Bars to handle this. And I LOVE pop chips could eat those all day. But f I don’t plan ahead it’s pretty much all bets off.
Brooke is beautiful and genetically blessed with a gorgeous head of hair.

As far as hair goes – I’ve never been loyal to a certain brand and I don’t really have a routine. I buy whatever is on sale.

I have never heard of treadmill classes before – I would absolutely partake!!! I don’t think I live in a big enough city for the demand, so it would probably be something I would do if I were to visit a big city.

I have never been to a treadmill class, but would love to try one out! My sentence for today is “I need a nap!” I really just need one haha! I love using the Honest shampoo and conditioner because it is so gentle on my hair. I have used several deep conditioners, but I haven’t tried the one that you are using. I will have to give it a try! I feel like my dinner and lunch is pretty healthy, but my snacks sometimes are not ha :/

Brooke reminds me of my daughter, Emma. She’s 3, but everyone thinks she’s 4 – I always guess that’s probably because she has a wild head of long curly hair. =)

I’ve never been to a treadmill class, but I absolutely would, if one was offered at my gym. I always eat best in the morning, because I usually wake up with a renewed sense of motivation, which always seems to go downhill as the day progresses, lol.

My sentence: I can’t believe how tired I am being on my feet all day.

Dinner is actually my healthiest meal of the day most of the time. I think it’s because I actually plan and cook for my boyfriend and I. Other meals tend to be grab and go.

Treadmill classes are so awesome with the right teacher! I went to a 5:15 a.m. treadmill class every single Wednesday for about a year. It was HARD but so fun and the energy was amazing. I always felt so accomplished! It basically felt like spinning but on treadmills. You should definitely try to start a class!!

I specifically became a member at my old gym in Georgia (World Gym) because they offered a treadmill class. I couldn’t stand running in the cold or in the dark by myself and I was less then motivated to run on a treadmill so I felt like this class was an answer to all my troubles! I ran through the entire winter and had a blast doing it. We would have music videos blasting on the big screen and the class would just fly on by. Nothing more motivating then watching a Beyonce video, right?! ;)
