I don’t think it is actually possible for me to to run when it is really sunny outside without a pair of sunglasses on. It hurts my pupils too much to run without them. I had a pair of Oakley sunglasses that I used for YEARS to run with but sadly I lost them.. the worst. Luckily, my old ones have been replaced by an even better pair and so I am okay with the whole situation.
Sunglasses Shop sent me a pair of the Oakley Crankshaft glasses and they are perfect for running.
They don’t move around when I am running, you forget that you are even wearing them because they are so comfortable and they don’t fog up. I love how light they are and how durable they seem to be (time will tell but every other pair of Oakley running sunglasses that I have had have lasted forever). The lenses offer great UV protection and glare reduction which is especially nice when you are out on the roads for a long time running… gotta keep those eyeballs protected and comfortable.
