Reebok SkyScape Giveaway!!!!

Reebok sent me some crazy comfortable shoes…  The SkyScapes.  I have been wearing them all around town and on all of our walks.

The SkyScapes are beyond comfortable.  They are super flexible and they fit perfectly to my feet.  They are also machine washable (which is perfect because I tend to spill everything I come in contact with).

They come in a ton of fun colors (grey, purple, pink fusion, blue peak and black with pink or white)…  they also come with two different colors of shoelaces so that you can switch them around if you want.

The SkyScapes are only 5.0 ounces but they are still super supportive and my feet feel great after walking around in them all day long.

They feel so much different than any of my other walking type shoes and I think it is because of the foam material on the upper portion of the shoe, I love it.  My foot feels like it is getting hugged by a pillow all day.   Stylish & comfortable all in one shoe.

My favorite exercise is definitely running! It gives me my “me time ” and allows me to sort through the chaos that is sometimes going on in my head. I also love it because through running I have been able to form an even deeper bond with my dad. He is a very passionate runner and I’m so grateful to him for sharing that with me.

I love to run, go to spinning class and do some pilates but my absolute favorite is going for a walks and hikes with my dog. We have some favorite trails in forest and I can’t help myself but my dog Theo running around me, juice green tree and sunshine fighting for its space its just the best for calming me down, getting me all excited for new day and giving me energy to go fight the world its just my go to exercise..if i had to choose if go sweat myself in the gym and kill it in spin class or take my dog for 3hours walk i would go for the walk-some quality me and him time ;)

I have all different types of exercise that I love. I just love the feeling on sweating it all out and feeling relieved at the end. I have been doing Body Pump for the past 5 months now and love it. I do a lot of running, biking, and swimming. Training for a triathlon right now. But I love to play sports or games. Having fun while sweating is important too.

Since running is on hold while I’m pregnant (was never in good enough shape to safely continue into pregnancy), yoga is currently my favorite form of exercise, hands down. I am keeping it as strenuous as I safely can, and I feel so good afterwards. I have way more energy than I did during my first pregnancy, and I’m pretty sure the yoga is a big part of that.

J, I love running. I was diagnosed with MS at age 20, and thought my life was over. I spent a lot of years focused just on raising my kids. They are all grown up and living wonderful lives now, and I found running in my empty nest! Though I discovered it late in life, I love it. I will never be as fast as I’d like, but it has made a huge difference in how I feel about myself and facing challenges with a positive spirit!! I am lucky, and I will run as long as my legs will continue to carry me.

Right now my favorite form of exercise is Barre! It’s helping me get my confidence back after having a not so great argument with running. It’s helping strengthen me all over and helping me get back into my running groove while also helping me learn all sorts of new stretches and movements to help every inch of my body! My favorite form of exercise is running, obviously. I love that a run can be a competition (with myself or others), a relaxation tool, or a way to burn off steam when I’m angry. I love that I can go as slow or as fast as I want, and I love feeling the sunshine on my face and the wind at my back.

My second favorite is doing body weight exercises. I live off the Pinterest fitness board, and am constantly printing new HIIT or circuit training ideas. I usually hate doing weight exercises, but if it’s on Pinterest, then it clearly isn’t bad ;)

My #1 all-time favorite exercise is trail running. The Appalachian Mountains in NC where I live are a mecca for it. My #2 favorite is yoga. I try and do a 1:1 ratio of each every week because the balance of the two is PERFECT for my body.
