I’m warning you.

I guess we need to get her a pony now.

Ya know when it hits 4 pm and you are all of the sudden starving and need something to eat fast?  Me yesterday.  The 11 mile hunger hit.

The first layer of my creation was cheerios, the second layer was mini wheats and the third layer was all of the sugary crumbs from the bottom of the box of the mini wheats.  For dinner I had the standard spinach and chicken salad and sweet potato.

Babies in fresh/new/clean pajamas = one of life’s greatest joys.

We call the below situation a tradition but it really should be classified as a problem… Watching the Bachelor with our mandatory $6 cups each of froyo.   Kind of ridiculous but we look forward to it every Monday.  I do not understand why I like this show but I can’t stop.

DSC 9379

And for the random thought of the day.  Isn’t it crazy how sometimes you just get used to your surroundings and then all of the sudden you just sit there and realize how beautiful it is?  These mountains of mine.  I love it here.

IMG 7385

I am giving you 6 days notice so that you can make sure to schedule this into your day on February 3rd.  Free.  They give you a cup and you fill it up as much as you can.  It is amazing.

One last thing—> another song that I am loving.

Time for some pump and running!

I wish I lived near the mountains, we would like to move somewhere out west after my phd. Last thing I ate was morning oatmeal! Not very exciting ;)

Reply

I recently posted almost that same mountain picture because it was so pretty!
I have the bachelor recorded and watch it when I’m up at night feeding my baby. I just can’t stop, either!

I have no mountains or Yogurtland near me. So sad. I really do miss the mountains of my Oregon home. I need to get back there for a visit ASAP.

The very last thing I ate was a vanilla Yoplait Greek 100 yogurt with almond slivers. A banana is next!

The best part of my Tuesday will be a workout. Yesterday was a non-running day. I’m ready to get back at it!

Thank you for sharing this Janae. It’s so overwhelming how much support and people have helped with this campaign.

Around me we have a 50 mile (flat) state park so that is the most beautiful. Where I live in NJ is completely flat. Going to college on upstate NY, I lived near the Adirondacks which was such a unique experience. Random but we actually had a backpacking gym class! (I took it hahaha)!

Reply

I live in the central part of South Africa – it’s flat as a pancake! But I love it – it’s home :) .

Reply

I don’t live near mountains here in CT but we do live by the ocean, and that’s always a sight for sore eyes! The last thing I ate was my standard english muffin+laughing cow cheese wedge+fried eggs on top. The best!

The best part of my Tuesday will be surprising my friend for this birthday with some homemade banana bread!

Reply

We live about .7 mile from the ocean. We visit often and do “tide dates” aka going at high and low tide.

Yesterday we saw a bald eagle on the shore and got some great photos and video of it taking off. We were just feet away.

All the while we had a clear view of the Cascades and Rainier was visible, too. We live in the best of both spots.

The very last thing I ate was exactly one chocolate covered almond. Breakfast dessert, people!
The White Mountains of NH are close-ish, but we mostly have large hills. Not flat, here on the MA/NH border, but not real mountains, either. I had moments of realizing exactly how gorgeous it is around here during last Sunday’s race- it can be easy to forget when it is 8 degrees and you are rushing from the car to the office to the store and back into the house.

I LOVE cereal crumbs. I love finishing the boxes off. Mini-wheat crumbs are the bomb because of the crunchy sugar. mmmm.

Reply

last thing i ate.. buttery toast with cinnamon sugar! i might have to move to utah just to get that free froyo

Reply

Last thing I ate was oatmeal with banana and peanut butter. It’s my winter go to breakfast:) the ocean is the most gorgeous thing about where I live. And the gorgeous weather most of the year. Most exciting thing about my day? It’s going to snow…IN FLORIDA! We’re pretty psyched about it.

Reply

Free Yogurtland…..oh my goodness!! No mountains here in Texas, but there is a lake that’s pretty. Yogurt and Baxhelor sounds mandatory to me!

Reply

I love the mountains. I wish I lived closer so that I would have a view like that.

I am obsessed with The Bachelor. Every week I wonder why I watch it, but I still can’t stop. Who are your front runners this season?

Reply

We have SOME mountains here in AZ, but the most beautiful part right now is the temperature. I think we are a beautiful 65 degrees today.

Had an apple on the way into work. Best part of Tuesday, updating my blog with a new 5K PR!!

when I used to live in Colorado I would try to remind myself once a week never to take those beautiful mountains for granted. Missing them big time now that I’m in Baltimore!

Reply

They just built a Yogurtland near me – I’ll be there on Feb 3rd! :)
I live in Illinois – flat as a pancake.

Reply

Coventry in the UK is the furthest city from a beach (within the UK) : (

We have no mountains or frozen yoghurt… sad times…

Just ate a Jacket Potato with tomato, sausage, onion, mushrooms and bacon!!

Best part of today will be finishing work early so I can get home to my 1 year old : )

Reply

Free Froyo!! A new froyo place just opened by us. I hope they participate!

Reply

Why are there no yogurt lands in the DC metro areaaaaaa!!! I live by some mountains out in VA. Love making my way to them and running / hiking around. Nothing like yours! The last thing I ate was some eggs with ham and spinach, mmm mmm good.
Best part of Tuesday = working out WHILE doing laundry. Two birds, one stone, boom!

Reply

I live near mountains, but they are nothing like the mountains of Utah! I definitely love living in a mountainous region though, and I’m so thankful for the beauty all around me!

Last thing I ate: blueberry smoothie for breakfast and currently drinking coffee.

Reply

We live nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, and right now I’m looking out my (home) office window and watching the snow fall. It’s beautiful! My oldest daughter has PJ day at daycare today, and it made me ridiculously happy to drop her off in her jammies! She loved it too!

Reply

What a beautiful mountain photo! We live in Ohio so the land is very flat and we have a lot of farms around us haha. Not as pretty!

I just ate an egg sandwich and it was awesome!

The best part is my husband is off school today due to the freezing temps and I have a fun run planned for the treadmill!

Reply

I see that Llama llama book in the pic with Brooke’s pj’s…I love those books and so did my little Katie (who will turn 7 in less than 2 weeks). Squeeze that little one tight and hold on!

Reply

Free frozen yogurt day just in time for your birthday? Awesome! The last thing I ate was frosting on a spoon… Yah. Incredible.

Reply

I don’t live near mountains anymore but I used to live in LA and I used to marvel at seeing mountains every day. I loved it. I’m in Melbourne for a few months and I run outside every chance I get – the most beautiful thing is that there are butterflies EVERYWHERE!

I just ate some frozen grapes. They’re a fave.

I just finished my Tuesday (it’s wednesday here) and the best part… a tie between a 3 hour long coffee date with a friend I haven’t seen in 2 years and an amazing dance class

Reply

-The very last thing I ate was my breakfast (a big bowl of oats topped with a banana, sunbutter, and coconut shreds).
-The best part of my Tuesday is definitely going to be my run later this morning. After being cooped up inside our house for a couple of days with this awful cold, I’m excited to get to the gym and sweat!

Reply

Yesterday I flew (helicopter) from Payson to SLC and back on a patient transport. It was early morning and the mountains were incredible as the sun peaked over. I spent many years not “seeing” our beautiful state and I can’t believe how much I missed.

Reply

Oh and Tuesday – 90 min massage.

Reply

I see Brooke has a Llama LLama book – my son loves those books too. We don’t live near any mountains, you can drive for a few hours and find the Appalachian mountains, but they are not close by and you definitely can’t see them in the distance. The ocean is about three hours away too, can’t see that from my house either. I live in a planned community with lots of man-made lakes with paths around them and I think this is the pretties thing about where I live. And the cherry blossoms of DC in the spring are pretty spectacular too (where I work, but that is kind of like where I live).

The last thing I ate was oatmeal with ground flax seed and bananas with a dash of honey. And it’s possible that I ate a tootsie roll as an appetizer….

Not sure what the best thing about my Tuesday will be – maybe knowing that tomorrow I leave for a conference in Houston and I’m bringing the toddler and my sister is driving from Dallas to take care of him while I’m presenting and conferencing?

Reply

The best part of my Tuesday will be marathoning Chopped reruns on the Food Network tonight. #addicted

Reply

I feel the same way about The Bachelor. I’m a little ashamed of myself but I can’t stop watching.

P.S I do not live near the mountains but my entire ambition in life is to move to them!

Reply

I’m close to the mountains, about an hour or so. I’d love to have them closer but I really like having the beach within minutes of my house even when it’s 8 degrees. I love ’em both!

Reply

Well isn’t Brooke just the animal lover ;). OMG OMG OMG!! Free?? As much as you want??? I just might have to go do this!!! The best thing about where I live is the wind, even though I complain about it a lot, it really is nice on a warm day when I’m on a walk :). Best part about today will be my run this morning!!!

Reply

No school today because of cold weather.
Last thing I ate was waffles because you gotta treat yourself on a day off, right?
I love the bachelor too. I just consider it a train wreck that I can’t look away from.

Reply

I don’t live near the mountains, but I wish I did — they’re beautiful!

The last thing I ate was a bowl of FMW for breakfast :)

Reply

Beautiful view! We live in Calgary, Alberta so we aren’t directly in the mountains but if we drive 30 min we are in Banff National Park and it is incredible. Last thing I ate was half an apple as I headed out for my workout (not to exciting) but will have my oatmeal protein pancake after I get cleaned up and baby boy up :) He’s the best part of my day, every day.

Reply

Oh my goodness! She definitely needs a pony, we all do. The world would be a better place. I just know it.

Cereal just doesn’t keep me full. I love it so much but for me it’s just a snack.

This morning I had a banana, coffee and flax seed bagel with almond butter and jam. YUMMO.

Reply

You’ve gotten me craving froyo…somehow. :-) We were going to pick up a movie Sat night and I was super excited to find a froyo place right next door…until it was closed! My sweet tooth has been left unsated…it’s a travesty, I tells ya!

Reply

I live a mile away from the beach, and I never want to move! Love a good early morning run next to the ocean!

Reply

“Our” mountains sure are incredible, aren’t they?! I stand amazed at them every day! I especially love this time of year when they’re snow capped and the bright blue skies surround them. Just gorgeous!

Last thing I ate: oatmeal with almond milk, peanut butter, and blueberries!

Reply

The last thing I ate was chia seed pudding last night! So good – I added vanilla protein powder, cinnamon and raisins so it tasted like dessert. Not quite froyo… but it was good. About to have breakfast!

Reply

I looked it up, and there’s yogurt land not far from me! We’ll have to check it out.

The best part of my Tuesday will be keeping an eye out for the snow that’s supposed to show up in Atlanta. As for mountains, we don’t really have any but we have Stone Mountain. It’s a giant granite rock protruding up and they project a laser show on it at night. It’s kinda fun!

Reply

Oh yay! thanks for reminding me of the national Fro-Yo day!!!

I love mountains and there are zero in Florida, lol. just more excuses to travel.

Last thing I ate- a goat cheese/egg sandwich on English muffin- My Favorite!!!!

Reply

I already marked National Yogurt day on my calendar and you better believe I am going to be there in full force!

Reply

what I would do for that free yogurtland–although i’d be in severe pain if i indulged in all the froyo i want. doesn’t agree with the tummy!

this is the first season i’m not watching the bachelor. i feel like i’m missing out!

that song is fantastic. i’m loving all her newer releases.

Reply

I do the same things with the mountains here in Montana! I get used to them and then I’m awed all over again :) Last thing I ate was oatmeal with brown sugar and bluberries! Yummmm

Reply

The most beautiful part about where I live is we live on a farm, so it’s all beautiful fields and it’s really peaceful.

The last thing I ate was an English muffin with bacon on it.

Best part of my Tuesday- I really don’t know what this day will hold for me!

Reply

The last thing I ate was a piece of cantaloupe.

My sister bought a house in Orem. Her mountain views are incredible.

Most exciting thing today is a Costco run!

Reply

Haha I love the Bachelor too. Or should I say “El bachelor” like Juan Pablo always does. He kinds of gets on my nerves to be perfectly honest, but he seems like has has a good heart. Plus the show is like a train wreck that you can’t look away from, so I’m pretty sure I’ll be watching until the final rose!

Reply

Last thing I ate was chobani with granola this morning

I live in Manhattan, so no mountains nearby, but my office view is the most incredible panorama of the skyline. Some days I barely notice but some days I can’t believe I have such a great view!

Best part of my day is going to be Boston Marathon planning :)

I think living near mountains would be SO COOL! I’ve been on the east coast my whole life and we don’t really have mountains like that…. the coolest part about where I am now is living a short drive from Lake Ontario! So crazy to live near a great lake. I just did a little research and I don’t think we have yogurtland anywhere close to me… BOOOO! I want some free froyo!

Reply

You have to get Brooke that pony, she looks so adorable!

I love that song too, we all seem to want to be thinner, have bigger boobs but most of the time I’ve found that once people get those things they think it is they want they still aren’t happy. The soul is such an important part of our body that needs spiritual nurturing everyday.
The Ozarks are so beautiful, I love being surrounded by the Mark Twain National Forest. The very last thing I ate was a homemade peanut butter protein crisp with a cup of coffee. The best part of my Tuesday is going to be my daughter coming down the stairs after waking up and giving me a huge hug and a kiss, it’s always the best part of my day. I hope she gives me a big hug and a kiss every morning even when she grows up.

Reply

I live in NH, about a half hour from the beach and the same from the mountains. While our town has neither it does have beautiful rivers and woods.
I ate a vanilla Chobani with fresh blackberries while reading this post:-)

Reply

I agree with you about the mountains. I live in Denver and sometimes I just stop and realize how beautiful they really are. I also watch The Bachelor and I don’t understand why either, but it does make for a good Monday night.

Reply

I live about an hour away from mountains but they are probably just little hills compared to the ones you have in Utah. A nearby woods with a river through it is the nicest part about where I live, which is right on the outskirts of a city. Running through it is especially nice in autumn. I have to say every time you post pics of the mountains where you live it makes me very happy! Simple things.

The last thing I ate was a twix, most delicious.

The best part of today is that I have nothing to do today for the first time in a very long time!

Reply

I used to live near the mountains in Tennessee. There aren’t many real mountains around here in Connecticut, though.

The last thing I ate was cereal. SO exciting!

I don’t know what the best part of my Tuesday will be.

Reply

oh my brookes new pj’s are SO adorable. I want a baby now just to dress them in cute clothes.

Reply

Beautiful!!!

Reply

I just have to say I love that pink zip up you are wearing. Where did you get that?

Reply

Thank you! It is from lululemon!

Reply

I love love love our mountains!!!
I am DEFINITELY going to be attending the free yogurt day. I can’t imagine anything better!

Reply

I don’t live anywhere near a mountain but I do live near the beach and the ocean so during the summer it is pretty awesome. I flew through Salt Lake City once and the views were spectacular and quite surreal for me.

Reply

Omg that horse is so cute!

We don’t have mountains like yours, ours are smaller and more like rolling hills. But they are still great for training runs. Miles and miles of trails.

Last thing I ate was a bowl of vanilla ice cream with some granola sprinkled on top. It was good but I’m sure nowhere near as good as yogurt land! The closest one to us is about 30 miles away, bummer!

Best part of today will be getting my speedwork done then making chicken chimichangas for dinner, yum!

Reply

I live in Iowa, so I don’t have mountain views, but Sunday I had a similar experience to what you described while snowshoeing on the wooded trails that are just a stone’s throw from my house. I was overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity and ability to be in that moment. While I contemplate moving from time to time, I realize that I have it pretty darn good right where I’m at.

Reply

a white chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookie. I love macadamia nuts, it’s like I’m in Hawaii but… I’m not.

Reply

I live in Denver, so I see the Rockies all the time :) So gorgeous. Sometimes on my drive to work, I have to stop and just look at them for a little while because they are so beautiful. I really am lucky to live in such a beautiful area.

Last thing I ate was overnight muesli with blueberries, almond butter and almond milk.

Best part about my Tuesday: getting my morning miles in and getting a new phone tonight.

Reply

Speed work Tuesdays! I hit the gym while my boyfriend goes to hockey. I’m looking forward to getting in my workout and then watching trash tv (Real Housewives, Vanderpump Rules, Teen Mom 2). I LOVE IT!

Reply

live in Florida, it’s flat, very flat, no mountains anywhere.

The last thing I ate was a bagel with biscoff and that is the best part of my day so far….but it’s still early.

Reply

Brooke NEEDS a pony. You cannot deny her that kind of happiness ;)

Reply

I experience the same feeling as you with the mountains every time I go to the beach, which is why I run there so often. There’s just something so beautiful about the vast ocean and listening to the waves crash along the shore that calms my soul.

When I was driving through Utah last year though I was in complete awe of your mountains and definitely want to run there someday :)

Reply

I am living in Lubbock TX and it is soooo flat here. I am from Wyoming and miss the mountains so much. My fiance is from Utah and the mountains there are so beautiful. No Yogurtland where I live, dang it.

On another note, you need to go to The Choc’late Mousse. It is amazing!! There is one in Provo and one in Lubbock and those are the only two in the USA. You will not be disappointed.

Reply

Does coffee count for the last thing I ate? Otherwise it’d be my pre-bedtime snack of a glass of milk and a little chocolate.

I will DEFINITELY be attending Yogurtland’s free fro yo day :)

Reply

Free fro yo?! too good to be true

Reply

I live right in the mountains! I live in Estes Park, Co at the base of the Continental Divide (the Rockies!). It’s fantastic and the best place to live in the whole world.

Reply

I live in Loveland! Such a pretty place and we are so lucky!

Reply

The bachelor is definitely my (and my husbands, although he wouldn’t admit it) guilty pleasure. Add frozen yogurt and girlfriends to the mix? Really it’s the perfect night.

Reply

Ahhhh I wish I lived near a froyo place! I don’t know why I watch the bachelor either. Last thing I ate was toast with pb & banana – perfect!

Reply

COLOR CHANGING SPOONS?! Why can’t my froyo place have these?!

And you’re such a great person for helping Hollie out! <3

Reply

I love the mountains! I live in Idaho and they are just so beautiful! The last thing I ate was my popcorn snack last night. The best part of my Tuesday will be my 4 miler this afternoon outside!!!!

Reply

I need to get my Fro Yo places on this level. Last year none of them even acknowledged Fro Yo day. Maybe if I clue them in now they will have a promo?!

Reply

The kids are so stocked – becasue I am taking them for FroYo tonight!!!

Reply

I love that mountain! Hands down the thing I miss about Utah the most. We have Mt Rainier here, which is stunning when it’s clear enough to see it, but it’s no Mt Timpanogos.

Reply

I am so excited about national froyo day! I already roped all of my bible study girls into going with me! :)

Reply

Monday is my froyo night and I’m kinda dreading how packed Yogurtland will be. Only thing (maybe) on my side is it is supposed to snow and some (crazy) people think froyo is not the best food on a cold day.

Reply

We have hills that are awfully pretty but no mountains. I love being near the water. I just ate pumpkin seeds and a banana. The best part of today will be a tie between PT and eating chocolate chip cookies unless the doctor calls to set my hip appointment. THAT would be the BEST.

Reply

Those mountains are beautiful! I’m in San Francisco so no mountains where I live, but I do have pretty bridge and bay views :)

Reply

I love love love Pretty Hurts. Since it came out in December have done so many runs to that song on repeat. It really resonates with me and I think probably a lot of women out there.

On a lighter note, your fro yo looks delish, and the thing I’m most excited about tonight is a small birthday celebration for one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.

Reply

As I am reading this I am eating a Mocha Chocolate cupcake with grapefruit and star anise icing. How many miles will I need to run tonight!!! I’m in trouble.

Reply

Those mountains are gorgeous!!!

Reply

The best part of today for me will be getting adjusted aka cracked by my chiro!

Reply

THANK you for the heads up!!!! I am so getting my free cup!!

Love the mountains tooo–make my day!

Reply

I wish Yogurtland existed where I live!

Lake Superior is right out our window and I love it. Best part about living in Duluth, MN. Best part of my day was binge-watching the last few episodes of Scandal & just relaxing this morning! The next best part of my day will be coming home from work at 8pm. Plan? Make dinner and organize my desk!

Reply

I don’t have a Yogurtland near me but I saw the sign in NJ when I was there this past weekend!

Reply

I am addicted to watching the Bachelor too. Such great mindless entertainment and a perfect way to end a Monday. I have a view of the Cascade Mountains in Oregon and always find myself in awe of how beautiful they are. The highlight of my day today will be celebrating my mom’s birthday and having some girl time. Have a wonderful day!

Reply

You should totally go on the Bachelor!!!!!

Reply

I just got back from taking my class to the movies, we saw Free Birds. Apparently other special education teachers think just like me and the theatre was filled with classes from several schools – including the one I used to work at. Was nice to see my old friends.

No mountains around me – just small hills!

Reply

I LOVE frozen yogurt! I had no idea Feb 6th was frozen yogurt day!?!?? Thanks for posting that! I will definitely be participating. Always looking for an excuse to eat more frozen yogurt! ;)

Reply

For the first time in the history of my life I created a bowl of goodness yesterday by combining two cereals. Genius idea! I have been missing out all this time!!

I love your jacket it is adorable.

I love the Utah mountains…it’s home to me:)

Reply

I live outside Seattle and everyday I see Mount Rainier is it amazing. The last thing I ate was Starbucks coffee and 2 champagne cookies that my Dad brought from Boston. Best part of my Tuesday will be my 6pm run with the Balanced Athlete. I’m determine to meet more runners, I don’t like running at night.

Reply

LOL, read the post below. I broke my hand while running in the dark at night. Be careful.

Reply

That’s a bummer. I hope it heals quick. I use knuckle lights, which I love and we run on sidewalks with street lights.

Reply

Sometimes I can see the mountains near where I live. The last thing I ate was leftover vegetable enchiladas. The best thing about my Tuesday is that I do not have to go to work; however, that happens to be because I broke my hand last weekend.

Reply

The best thing about where I live is the ocean! The last thing I ate was a breakfast sandwich and fruit cup at Denny’s. :)

Reply

Don’t question The Bachelor love, just go with it! Anything that makes Monday better is awesome, in my book! :)

Reply

There is nothing better than getting to the bottom of a bowl of cereal. It’s the little things. And thanks for the Yogurtland info. That’s my favorite yogurt place, so I am going to have to go on Feb. 3. :)

Reply

That cereal combo is on point. Cereal has been my number one craving this pregnancy! Too funny. I only live about an hour and a half away from Tahoe, and I loooove it!! :) So pretty!

Reply

I wish I lived by mountains. That view is beautiful. Over here we have some beautiful views of Lake Michigan with the Chicago skyline.
The last thing I ate were some plantain chips with guacamole. Yum!

Reply

Thai food for dinner tonight—can’t beat that! Dad and I are meeting, its our favorite.

Unfortunately the closest yogurtland is like 2 hours away but I’ll hit up our local place for some froyo that day just to feel a part of it…even though Ill be paying!

Reply

I’m eating a honey crumpet while catching up with your blog. It’s Wednesday here – and I’m hoping the highlight of my day will be my twins meeting all their new Kindergarten friends. No mountains near here but plenty of water to be found (rivers, the beach, the harbour). Your mountains look truly beautiful.

Reply

I don’t live near mountains but I do live near the ocean. I run along the water at least once a week. Love seeing the sun rise and glisten on the water

The very last thing I ate was some pineapple with fresh lime squeezed on it. So refreshing.

best part of my tuesday is when i get home tonight and see my puppy dog. it’s the best part of every single day. it’s the best part of his day too! Labradoodle Love!

Reply

Yes, I live near mountains!! In beautiful Colorado. Last thing I ate was a peanut butter sandwich and it was delicious. Best part of today = running even though it was inside I was just happy to get it done!

I love your tradition and YES a pony is a must buy for that cute girl of yours.

Have a blessed day.

Reply

“Ya know when it hits 4 pm and you are all of the sudden starving and need something to eat fast?”
No kidding…So it was 3:55 and I had just opened up your blog page and hadn’t even started reading it yet when I suddenly decided I was STARVING!!! So I got an apple and sat down to read your blog and I was like “ummm YES how did she read my mind?!” LOL!

Reply

Maybe Juan Pablo will show up at your Bachelor viewing party. :) Remember those clips of Sean, Desiree, etc showing up at viewing parties?

Reply

If I were a little girl I would love to have that pony!

I live sort of close to the Blue Ridge Mountains now, but when we lived in Logan, we lived on the bench and right at the foot of the Wasatch!

Reply

I live in Provo, and I think that the mountains are breath taking! I am the same way though, I get used to them and then one day it just hits me how beautiful they are :) The last thing that I ate was ramen noodles (I am pregnant and for some reason I crave them sometimes…don’t judge ;) haha) The best part of my Tuesday was going to the gym with my hubby. Gym + hubby = awesomeness! :)

Reply

There are no mountains where I live but we are really close to the ocean :)

Reply

I’d love to be by mountains but I won’t complain: my view right outside our complex is the water. I jog/walk the path at least once a week, but you are right! Sometimes I’m like man! Can’t beat this :)

Reply

The last thing I ate was a bowl of cereal before bed, as we are a few hours ahead of you here in Europe. I sometimes have my meals mixed up throughout the day. I am fortunate to live only a 15 minute walk from the sea and less than a 30 minute drive from the local mountains, as I currently live with my parents. I do miss the archipelagos in Northern Ontario, they feel like home!

Reply

February 3 is going to be epic! Many college days were spent in that establishment . I just hope they don’t run out.:/ Oh and if you ever venture to Berkeley while in CA you have to try both.:ICIs and Yogurt Park. They might just change your life.

My town is literally called Mountain View:) It’s crazy how you get used to them. I hike at least once a week and that helps to keep them fresh in my mind and sometimes when I’m driving I take a break from singing at the top of my lungs and just take them in.

Last thing I ate was (too many) plantain chips:)

Best part of my Tuesday was definitely the feeling after my workout this morning. It hurt so good.

Reply

Aw, man, I have track Monday night and can’t make free yogurt. Boo.
