It has probably been 6 months since I have stepped foot on that awful piece of machinery known as the stair master. I used to be able to do it for an hour on a high level but let’s be honest, at this point in my fitness I made it ten minutes at a time before the Gold’s Gym employees would ask me to leave because I was causing a scene with the amount of sweat I was leaving behind.
Combined with my cardio ADD (except for running) and the fact that the stair master kicked my trash, I was able to get in a great workout.
10 minutes elliptical, level 10
10 minutes stair climber, level 10
Repeat 3 times, going up a level each time.
You know what made the time go by crazy fast……
WATCHING CHOPPED. I am going to cry the day that I catch up on all the seasons. I firmly believe that my Chopped obsession will be equivalent to going to culinary arts school for my future restaurant:)
Finished off with some stretching and people thinking I am a loser for watching chopped at the gym.
