What up!?!?!? Today’s workout was brought to you by, “I want big muscles and want to strengthen my femurs.”
I started with 30 minutes on the elliptical….super light level and read ‘Runners Times’ as I went.
60 minute pump class that kicked my booty. Pretty sure my tricep popped out of my skin because it was getting so huge from all the work that we did on them.
Finished off with 5 minutes of stretching. After being out of the game for 3 months I finally have learned I need to do whatever I can in my power to prevent injuries. Stretching may be boring but it is a lot less boring than sitting on my butt for a few months!
