I am pretty sure if I went through my entire blog and counted how many times I professed my love for the PureFlows it would be close to around 4,059,403 times. I love them.

I just started training for Boston and need to find new shoes! I’ve been wearing the Nike Lunar Eclipse for the past few years. They gave me a PR in 2011. The new model, however, is just not the same and I keep getting these minor foot injuries! I actually had to cut one of the shoes the night before my last half-marathon because it was bruising my ankle bone!

I’d love to win. I had the original PureFlows but would like to try the newer version. I like the lower drop of them, they are great for the gym and workout classes along with running.

I completed my first marathon in October and have had lots of knee pain since about three weeks before the marathon. After physical therapy, X-rays, and MRI it was determined that I have a crack in the cartilage on the back of my knee cap. This crack is causing the cartilage to wear away. I’ve just developed a love for running in the last few years and refuse to give it up. I’m back to running again- only 5 miles per run right now. It doesn’t seem like much after marathon training but I’m glad to be running again and will work to continue to increase my mileage and hope to run some halfs if full marathons are no longer an option. I’ve tried a couple different kinds of shoes. I’d love to try some Brooks.

I have worn Brooks Ghost 5 and 6 and also the Glycerin 11 and 12 and I must say that I have loved them all! I have been wanting to try out the Pure line. My brother and dad have both liked them.
