Last Day in California and Boston Training Week #4

Week #4 of marathon training was a good one especially because 16 of the miles were filled with sunshine.    Monday:  8 miles @ 8:15 pace.  On the treadmill but switched up the inclines to have some hills.  Post-Run Power Exercises… killer!
