6 a.m. pump class. 1 p.m. (aka Brooke’s nap time) 4 mile run on the treadmill. I invented the towel trick on the treadmill bar to create the perfect place for my iPad to sit so I can read while I run.
It felt weird to be in a tank top and shorts because my body has acclimated to wearing 17 layers when I run now.
We went on some errands and showed up to the passport office before it opened so we were forced to go to Old Navy and spend money on cute clothes for Brooke while we waited.
She already knows exactly how to get what she wants out of me. How can I say no to that face and as she is hugging the sweater that she wanted?
I also found this adorable light chambray shirt for myself that I will probably wear 3 times a week until summer.
The passport picture taker told me to stand there and look super awkward so I did as he told me. I always follow directions.
Some relaxing and spinach and chicken salads for lunch for me and the brookers at home.
One of my brothers lives about 3 hours away and he got into town last night just in time for dinner. 1/2 bbq salad and 1/2 philly cheesesteak. Once upon a time I used to work at this restaurant and I ate about 4 trillion of these breadsticks over the course of a year.
And my body can’t physically fall asleep at night unless I eat ice cream right before I go to bed…
Coldstone with some good friends of mine. Birthday Cake Remix is always a good decision.
You have to admit, this is pretty impressive. I saw this on Facebook and had to show you.
That takes skills.
When you run on the treadmill—> How do you distract yourself?
Last ice cream flavor that you had?
One word to describe your day?!?
