I’m not listening to the book but I am currently reading Demon Copperfield….sooooo good! I hate to put it down to sleep. A friend of mine listened to it and loved the audio. The author wrote Poisonwood Bible.

Wahoo for finding sourdough! I am very impressed with the only 3 ingredients for store bought!
I keep waking up to more snow this week. Last night I was cruising at an 11:43 minute pace across the icy bridge. It’s amazing how stable runners can be in the winter. ….now watch me fall on my next run.
I just started to read Boys in the Boat. It’s really good so far!

Right?! I’m kind of confused about it’s shelf life with so little ingredients. Icy bridges are my worst nightmare. I stop and walk. Off to read the summary, thank youuuuuuuuu. Happy Thursday, Molly!

I read many of the books you post, and love them. For listening, I have to recommend Daisy jones and the six and beartown are great on audiobooks! Also if you are in the mood for something really gritty with a Boston accent , Small Mercies! The narrators just makes these books.

That makes me SO happy! And you just solved my dilemma… I have picked up Beartown so many times because I want the story (I loved Anxious People) but just didn’t know if I would want to read it… I didn’t think about listening to it. Downloading it as we speak! Adding Small Mercies too! Oh and I loved Daisy Jones. Have a great day and thanks for the help, Shannon!

Will stop there. Love sharing book recs. A lot of these are juvenile fiction as I listen to them without headphones when I’m making dinner; I worry about listening to adult books sometimes because my kids are always wandering through the kitchen…haha!

Happy reading and running!

You are truly the best for giving me this list. I love a good juvenile fiction, so this is perfect; checking them all out, and I hope your day is a great one. Thanks, Lyn!

Wow on that plank! I once held a plank for 7 minutes. I could never come close to that now…too many upper body aches and pains. Have a great day Janae!

I just finished reading “Running for my Life” by Lopez Lomong and learned that Jenga is Swahili for “build”!

Just read the summary and I’m putting it on my list! Thank you and I can’t wait to tell my kids what Jenga means:)

I could maybe make it to 2-3 minutes if I was getting paid.

Currently I am listening to Magic Hour by Kristen Hannah, it has me sucked in so far. My husband is listening to The Life We Bury by Allen Eskens, and he is really liking it (and he is a hard sell on anything fictional.)
A few others:
Wish You Where Here, Jodi Picoult
What Happened to the Bennetts, Lisa Scottoline

I’ve been wanting to read that one so bad… but I will have to wait until Skye is older (she is SIX right now). Let me know what you think of it in the end. Putting your other two and your husband’s book on my list. THANK YOU! Have a great day, Mindy!
