You know when Robin is wearing double yellow, you are in trouble, ha👿. I’m trying to mimic when I felt my strongest as a runner last spring by doing the Peloton on Thursdays. It worked then, so I’m hoping it works now too.
Robin said something during the class that I loved–> Don’t waste your own time! When I think about it like that, of course, I will do my best. This will be my mantra for my speed workouts and races for a bit… I don’t want to waste my own time doing anything other than my best.
I did yoga afterward, and when Knox asked why I was doing yoga, Brooke said ‘she does it so when she is old, she can move like she is young.’
I’m pretty sure beck ran .5 miles at cross-country.
*I am very into overalls. Probably too into overalls. How did I go around in life wearing tight pants for decades? I will never go back unless they are leggings… Loose jeans and overalls are a way of life for me now. PS It might seem like I buy a lot of clothes, and that’s because I do, but four people benefit from this (two nieces, me, my sis, and soon-to-be Brooke, ha), so that helps me to feel better about it;). My nieces call my closet their closet.
