Our kids love expos… good thing because they go to a lot.
FYI Great Harvest has the cutest things for a Halloween meal.

making dinner, pasta a I think a variation of chili (just adding veggies to the chili my wife made yesterday…red peppers, carrots, celery and whatever else is in the fridge)…..power washed the front of the house, sorrted the christmas lights, and um, started painting the inside of those house this morning…um, while my wife was at work, she doesn’t know I’m doing it, and I picked the colours….it may be a nice suprise or I may be dead?)…….and am getting pumped for tomorrow’s run, may be the final one before the winter’s cold air hits us

Recovering from Provo Haunted Half which is feeling much easier than last weekends SLC Haunted Half! Grading 8th graders scary stories for the Halloween read-a-thon, and cruising your sight for new running gear/races:). So awesome to see women loving their lives and running!
