Just as we got back to my sister’s house, her husband brought in three boxes of Kolaches. The raspberry one tasted amazing post-run.
Skye joined me with foam rolling while we listened to Coldplay (<— is it normal for 4 year olds to request listening to Coldplay often?).
Beck wanted in too.
He is all about the prehab.
Andrew gave him a haircut.
I love a cheeseburger on a toasted bagel.
Costco.
Movie night.

Happy birthday to your mom! Went to the gym this morning for the first time in months! Organized a closet to make room for a years worth of dishwashing powder.
