45-minute endurance ride that was very different from the HIIT/Tabata type classes I have been taking (and I loved it) + 20 minutes of upper body strength.
It will be a rough day when we can’t run/walk to school together because it is too cold.
Skye had her first day in her new tumbling class, and the stamps sealed the deal for her… she wants to keep going to this class.
Beck enjoyed exploring a new place.
I’ve been cooking my sweet potatoes in the air fryer, and they taste amazing… especially with curry on top.
We got out for a date together!
Started with southwestern caprese (at Black Sheep Cafe).
And then we both went for the burgers.
Finished up with Bianca’s La Petite French Bakery for dessert.
Along with a walk to visit with some friends.
