LOVED meeting people like Lisa (she is running a marathon in each state).
They thought we were trick or treating… each booth had something fun for them.
It feels so good to be back.
Excited to see the starting line this morning.

Shake out run with the very last drills and strides of the training block. Why are those two things always so dreaded?? Ha
Packing and driving to Milwaukee.
Also grabbing my race bib at an expo.

Have a GREAT race! Picking up packets today for the Denver 6K and 15K tomorrow. Doing both because training for my first full marathon and my training plan calls for 12 miles at race pace! Perfect timing!!

Playing at the park is good whatever your age! Forget coloring, give me some good bars to go around, up, over and under. I usually wear shoes, not flip flops tho. V. cool obstacle course for a public park for kids!!!
