I think I’m going to have to skip the normal Workout Wednesday thing and run on the trails again today.
My niece joined me for 7 miles on the dirt.
Pretty sure I could never get bored of running here… My favorite running memories are in St. George.
And in this picture Brooke absolutely looks like a teenager.
We both ate breakfast in the parked car… Costco muffins are just the best.
Card games were played.
And we also spent a lot of time outside.
Brooke said she thinks the mountains are red here because they are sunburned from how hot it is here.
Brooke requested a trail run.
And I was VERY happy about that.
Sunsets bring me a lot of happiness.
Another Costco meal for dinner.
Just the craziest thing to think he was in my belly 3.5 months ago.

It’s so beautiful there. I love the desert. I miss it. I also love how Brooke thinks…sunburned mountains! That’s so awesome! ?
Had a rare Tuesday workout this week! 800s that I did on the road. It was SO windy…like my hat flying off windy. But it was fun! AND, it was 65 degrees!!!! It felt so hot!!!!
We dropped our Costco membership and I want it back. ?

St George is the best!! It’s one of our favorite places to go too! Red flags is a hilarious card game for adults! I’m going to my church to do a workout with a bunch of neighbors- it’s a good time!

I can’t imagine not having a Costco membership. So many good things, but our current favorite is their sliced deli turkey and roast beef. So yummy!

Hi Janae! Red rocks are the best rocks. Your picture reminds me of this hat I have that says Utah Rocks and there are pictures of different rock formations from the different national parks in Utah. I LOVE the cranberry-orange bisconie at Costco (like a soft cookie). Found in the bakery section. I have to get some every time I go, and feel really sad if they are out!

New to me Costco item is their Ciabatta rolls, great with their creamy tomato soup, or for sandwiches/burgers. We’re team carb over here so love our bread! And last Costco run they had Sharper Image massage guns and I decided to treat myself for my birthday. I’m sure it’s not as powerful as the other thera guns out there, but for $99 it seems great! Hurray for all that sunshine you are soaking in!

Ok, I officially need to add St George to my travel list once Covid clears. It looks beautiful there! We do have a Costco membership, and my favorite item lately is the big tub of mixed nuts. A handful of those in some greek yogurt, and I’m good for an hour or so ;) The breastfeeding hunger is still real over here!

How nice to get away to some place warm. Was Brooke off school?
We don’t have a Costco and you always talk about it makes me want one. The closest thing is sams but it’s an hour and that’s too far to make regular visits and have a subscription.
