Merry Christmas Eve!

I’m sure you all have busy days up ahead filled with what I hope to be your favorite things so I’ll just share a few pictures from our day!

I convinced my niece and sister to join me for a run/walk even though it was quite cold.

These shoes used to have bells on them but I couldn’t find them and I missed hearing them on my run:)  PS I should have worn some longer tights.

Came home with a frozen and very red face.

The day actually started with just hanging out in bed for a while before the above run.

This was Skye’s 4th outfit of the day and it was only 8 a.m.

We had to make one last stop before the holiday.

The mountains were stunning… no filter on this picture!

We ate REALLY good food yesterday.

Peppermint/chocolate cake (from The Chocolate) in the car is always a good idea.

And another night of hot tubbing (while watching the Bachelorette finale… did you watch this season?) once the little ones went to sleep.

Of course he was in shorts while I was in 15 layers.

I hope you have a beautiful day and please eat some sort of chocolate/peppermint combo!

As the self proclaimed “master procrastinator”, I still have to get one last gift, wrap presents, kid pick up, get started on Xmas dinner & squeeze in a run. I work tomorrow so we celebrate Christmas tonight instead ?. Any tips on forcing yourself out of bed early would be greatly appreciated lol! God bless your beautiful family. Happy holidays !!

Teach me how to procrastinate:). I hope it is all going well and you are checking things off left and right. Enjoy celebrating and I hope you have a great day at work tomorrow. Hahah my tips on going to bed early is to not have a social life or many hobbies… that way you have nothing else to do ha;). Thank you Courtney and the same to you!

Merry Christmas and I wish you health and prosperity in the new year!
My plans include going to dinner with my son to my sister’s house–my other sister will join us with my Mom. Keeping it small but really didn’t want to keep the kiddies apart for Christmas eve. My son’s home from college so it’s always nice to have him around–minus his messy room!
God Bless!

I have to work until 11:00 a.m. and hopefully it goes by quickly. Then we are making Santa’s treats – brownies, chocolate chip cookies and fudge. I feel like there is stuff I could do around the house but I’m letting it all go and plan on just hanging out with the kids and watching some Christmas movies.

I hope work was great and that it sped by quickly. ENJOY all of the treats (send me some fudge;)! I’m letting the house work go too! Have the best evening together with your kids. Thanks Erika!

This morning I put on my big girl panties and went to Trader Joe’s to get the last of what Tom and I need for groceries for our small Christmas for 2. And I may have brought home a tub of praline pecans along with my groceries. What I want right now is to not drive ANYWHERE until I leave on Saturday morning to go to the gym then work. That would be the nicest thing ever.

The Bachelorette–most of the season I kept wishing I had it in me to play a drinking game every time Tayshia tried to say “vulnerable” but, by the end, I actually was rooting for Ivan and Zac and Brendan and really, really appreciated how the show ended. And I think she ended with the right guy…he just seems like a solid, down to earth person in this world we livein. I still think she is ditzy as all get-go, but I am rooting for them as a couple, big time.

And that cake–send me a piece in Atlanta. It looks like the absolute best dessert ever. I do not joke.

<3 merry christmas to ALL of you!

I totally agree with you, she and Zac seem to really love each other. Send me your address for some of that cake:). It was amazing. Thank you Stephanie and Merry Christmas to you and Tom. Have a special day together!
