These shoes of ours… They take us to the most amazing places, races, goals, dreams and workouts.  I thought it would be fun to do a running shoe giveaway today!

Grateful for amazing shoes to help bring me amazing experiences!

Running is my therapy! I have read running blogs, including yours for 8 years now. Yours has always been my favourite and still is. I love how real and down to earth you are! Brooks are also my favourite. I go back and forth between the Launch and the Ricochets right now. I can’t buy them anywhere, where I am from (London, Ontario, Canada) so I order them online. I would love to win a new pari!! :)

I used to hate running, but I started a couch to 5k program and have made the commitment to run several times a week. I’m starting to no longer dread it because I feel good after I do it. I feel empowered and proud of myself that I pushed through something that’s hard for me.
