These shoes of ours… They take us to the most amazing places, races, goals, dreams and workouts.  I thought it would be fun to do a running shoe giveaway today!

Running has done so much for me the past 5 years. It has helped me lose and keep off 50 pounds. It has given me self confidence. I never thought I could run a marathon and then I did- 8 so far! I never thought I would get fast enough to BQ- and then I did. The people I have met, the places I have traveled, all because of running. It also helps to keep my anxiety at a level I can function with!!

I love having something that can consistently clear my mind and reset me for the day. I especially love a good Friday evening run to clear away the work week and get me ready for the weekend. Fun fact, I met my now-fiancé online on a Friday night after an AWFUL day. I was super grouchy when I got home. I think the only reason I felt good enough to even browse online dating sites that night was the magic of the 4 mile run I went on after work! :)
