I’ve been sporting the Ray-Ban 3025 Aviators and I’m loving them. They are comfortable, they keep my eyeballs protected and I love their look—> what more could you ask for? I’m a huge fan of Ray-Bans because they are so durable and they stay put on my face (I can’t stand it when my sunglasses move around when I move). They are always my go-to sunglasses.

We hit up Costco for one thing (and left with 5) and a few minutes after I took this picture I realized that I had a big hole in my jeans in a place that you don’t want a hole in your pants. So yeah, that was fun and not embarrassing at all;)
I guess I didn’t get the memo that Halloween costumes should be purchased 2.5 months before the actual holiday.
Because when you can split a froyo with your kiddo for $1.50, you just go with it.
I’ve got a long run to get done this morning. For this training cycle I have been eating a sandwich the night before my long runs but I felt like switching things up last night and eating pasta for dinner instead. Easy, delicious and full of glycogen. I am also trying to really up my water intake the night before my long runs and I add extra salt to whatever I am eating in hopes that those things really help the run to go smoothly.
The only way we make it through watermelon season ending—> peaches start to make their appearance and help us to forget about our other favorite fruit.
Time to get 18 miles in and make a deposit into my running bank account that I am going to cash out in October:)
I am all out of my beloved salted caramel gu so I am going to be trying a new flavor. It better be delicious.
Also, Brooke’s back to school shoes just arrived in the mail. It is sad how happy a pair of toddler’s shoes make me.

I love the aviators that you are sporting, the 3025s. But I would need the small ones, because I have the tiniest head. Seriously, tho…I have to buy baby baseball caps. Not kids…baby. And my bike helmets always have cartoons because the adult ones are too big for me. But sunglasses are tough because they never fit!
