Our snack of choice!!

The two of us are always snacking.  We both run hard and that revs up our appetite for the rest of the day.  Having a variety of snacks to choose from that are easy to pack up and take along with us is very important:)

I love that NatureBox gets me out of my usual snacking ruts. I can try out new snacks and continue to stick with some of our all-time favorites.  I am pretty sure I get the fuji apples almost overtime because I adore them.

I am positive I could eat these Peanut Butter Nom Noms all day long.  These will probably become a regular in our household too.

I loved trying out the blueberry, apples and sunflower seed oatmeal cups this month.  They have been perfect to eat right after I get home from a run before I start my day with the Brookers.  All I did was add hot water and boom… it was delicious.

I have also been all about the Probiotic Power Mix to snack on when we are on the go.  Just a quick handful and we are ready to go.  

Cranberries, Probiotic Greek Yogurt Apricots, sunflower seeds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, pecans, dried apples = a heavenly combination.

Late afternoon and before bed is when I usually snack, lately it’s been bananas and coconut butter or fruit and chocolate. Post run I need a MEAL!

Those snacks do sound pretty good – I looooove dried fruit. And oatmeal. And putting dried fruit in my oatmeal :)

My go to snacks are usually string cheese, almonds, or apples with peanut butter. Nature Box sounds like a great idea, especially if you have kids because I know it must be tough to find healthy snacks that they actually like!

Brooke in her pack-pack is so freaking cute.

I eat a lot of fruit and nuts for snacks. It helps with my sweet tooth. I usually snack between lunch and dinner time.

I usually line up my runs with a meal so I don’t have the need for a smaller snack.

Wheat Thins are definitely my absolute favorite snack! I also love granola and and fruits and veggies.

I usually snack mid-afternoon, and fruit with nuts or Greek yogurt is my go-to snack. After my runs I have a meal—need to refuel and I run before breakfast.

We use to get Nature Box, there stuff it so good! I loved there dried mango’s. and before I knew my issues with gluten, I always had the fig newton like snacks in each order! So yummy!
-I love to snack on fruit. And fruit cut up in yogurt.
-I usually snack around 10 am and 3 pm.
-Post run snack, apple sauce and water, or chocolate milk.

I’ve always wanted to try nature box and other things like it. I just can’t justify the monthly fee right now for it.

We snack all day long. We shouldn’t but we do. I try to stick to helthyish snacks for the girls so I don’t feel super bad about them snacking all the time.

My favorite after run snack right now is strawberries with whipped cream on it.

It’s funny because before my current job I was never a snacker. I would just eat three square meals a day. Now I snack throughout the day a lot. I might have to try these, thanks for sharing!

I make my own trail mixes at home. I need something to get me through the school day — nuts and chocolate always do the trick!

My favorite types of snacks include dairy and fruit, since those are two groups that I have a hard time incorporating into meals. Cottage cheese with peaches or blueberries has been a favorite snack this summer although I also love greek yogurt. Snacking happens…. anytime :) I try to reserve a hearty snack for after a workout to get that carb/protein boost.

I was at Whole Foods last night and they were sampling their grind-your-own peanut butter with Annie’s Organic Graham Crackers. New favorite snack :)

I’ve been getting NatureBox since you wrote about it a few months ago and I love it! The Peanut Butter Nom Noms and the Dark Cocoa Nom Noms are my favorite. They are the perfect 10:30 or 11:00 snack to get me between breakfast & lunch.

I love having an apple with almond butter at night before bed and in the afternoon a smoothie or more nuts as a snack.

I totally cried when my son started preschool (so did he – haha – it took him time to adjust). It goes so so fast! For snacks, I love an evening snack every single night!

My favorite snacks are fruit… mostly grapes, watermelon, apples, and peaches.
I usually snack around 3 pm and/or 7 pm.
My favorite post run snacks are a banana, chocolate soy milk, or an apple with peanut butter!

We love our NatureBox deliveries!! My new favorites are the regular plantain chips and the coffee kettle popcorn.

I could snack all the time. Any time. Really!

Favorite post run snacks (if it’s a morning run) is breakfast food that involves eggs and iced coffee – no sugar, just cold-brewed coffee and a little half and half to make it the right color. :-)

YUM. This looks awesome! My kids love fun, healthy snacks and I think they would love this :)
I usually reach for a piece of fruit after a run – anything else feels too heavy.
I love having a snack when my 2 year old is napping in the afternoon. The house is quiet and I can slowly eat and relax. Perfect!

My fave post-run sack is peanut butter toast. Same as my fave pre-run snack.
