Had a great afternoon with my Dadio at the Food and Care Coalition serving food together (we always had daddy-daughter dates when I was young and my favorite ones were when we would walk to the movie theater to see a movie).
Two going on seventeen—> she told me as she was putting on lip gloss that she thinks she should be allowed to sit in the front seat because it is almost her birthday…. ummm no.
She is better than I am with chopsticks.
Split the salmon salad, sushi and chicken noodles with the peeps—> I like people that like to share entrees.
Since we were in a splitting mood we split some froyo too.

It is race week which means two things:
1. Some extra carbs at 10 pm while watching Netflix.
2. Lots of foam rolling, water drinking, sleeping and stretching.
3 miles today, nada tomorrow and 13.1 on Saturday!
