Yoga at home and 4 miles on the treadmill @ an 8:45 pace Friday morning.
Brooke hit up the pool afterwards for a few laps.
Met up with the cousins and my sis…
to escape the heat and see Inside Out. We all LOVED THIS MOVIE.
Went north for a random festival. Tried out Wolf’em and met the guy that came up with the idea. I will be getting one of these the next time I go camping.
It created deliciousness.
We got some chicken tamales.
And for dessert we split a cinnamon roll crepe from a food truck.
My date and I then went for a really long walk all around these tree-lined streets in Salt Lake City.
Time to get the long run on!

Sounds like such a fun day and lots of good food! I want to go see Inside Out and/or Max this weekend! Other than that I’m just going to try to stay out of the heat!

Today’s agenda included a spin class, grocery shopping and laundry before noon and pretty much relaxing after that since walking around in the rain in New York City isn’t the most fun thing to do.

Race pace run this morning.. It was only 5K but I managed to get to 6.25 miles per min, which is what my half marathon pace needs to be run at. Pretty happy this Saturday… And now googling chicken tamales, they look pretty tasty. Have a good weekend :)
