My plans are to get my long run in (12-14 miles, we’ll see how I’m feeling at 12!) and head out to the regional track meet to cheer on my running friends! I also might squeeze an Acai Bowl trip in there ;)

I love trail mix that has walnuts, almonds, cashews, and dried fruit (bananas in specific!) Yum!

Have a great Saturday! It is also 90 degree weather down in Vegas. Summer is so close! :)

St. George is beautiful–have been once and now really want to go back! Have a wonderful time there. Today was a 5 mile run + row + TRX and then to lunch and the theater w/ Rick (going to see Annie which was the very first play I saw when I was about 7). I am addicted to trail mix. I make mine w/ dried fruit, nuts and some M n M’s for good measure.

Now I’m on the couch icing down and my son Ace is next to me watching cartoons on his iPad. Later I’m taking him and his best bud to see Avengers, then it’s a sleep over! Have a great weekend Chicas!
