Yesterday was one of my all-time favorite days. I am not even exaggerating. I’ll explain more later but for now I will let the pics do the talking because my brain is a little tired right about now…

Looks like a great day! It rained all day here so even the fireworks got postponed. I did a 4 mile race in the morning then had to work.

It looks like you had an awesome 4th!!!! Brooke’s dress is adorable! We spent 7 hours in the car driving to the lake but thankfully we are here now and staying for a week, woot woot!! I even squeezed in a run/mini workout before we left which I like to do on long travel days and now I get to run somewhere with amazing scenary!

Amazing day! It rained almost all day here and we didn’t even have plans so it was a very average day! But fun times ahead this weekend with family and friends plus great weather has returned. Brooke is crazy adorable as usual :)

I was feeling lonely as well yesterday. No plans and it was a rest day. I finally got a last min invite to a BBQ so my dog and my friends dog got to be goofs together and that made me smile. We went to bed early so the booms and bangs from the fireworks wouldn’t freak out the pup. This morning things seemed much better. Hopefully you aren’t lonely today. :)

Makes me kinda bummed we didn’t fight the heat and crowds to see a parade. I miss Utah parades from my childhood. I grew up in Draper, they used to have the best parades, I was usually in them for dance or cheer. My grandmas house was on the parade route so when I was a spectator, we’d get awesome seats. Brooke looks adorbs.

I was in Destin for the day yesterday. Started with a run and spent the rest of the day hanging on the beach and paddle boarding and the night watching fireworks and lighting Chinese lanterns. It was awesome.
