Can’t get enough!

After a 4 hour nap Brooke woke up ready to run around from one end of the house to the other like she normally does.  Her cadence is right at 180 in case you were wondering, I counted yesterday.   4 hour naps work wonders.  We should all try one soon.

When Brooke went to bed I drove up to SLC to meet with some of my favorite people.  THE BROOKS TEAM.   They are in town for the Outdoor Retailer event and I got to meet up with them for dinner.  Yes, that is a space suit… part of the Transcends campaign.  I kind of want one too.

Started off with a salad and I loved that they put chickpeas on it, something I need to try at home.  I didn’t love the beet.  Does anyone else think that beets taste like dirt?

IMG 7256

And then I ate the world’s largest meatball.  It was amazing.

2 hours of non-stop talking about running while eating delicious food is a great way to spend a Thursday night.

And for dessert I had some of this chocolate bar.  Don’t be jealous of my new awesome hat.

2 things that I was thinking about a lot yesterday:

1.  My good friend Pam had this new gum on her instagram and I NEED this.  Has anyone tried it yet?  I love SPK and I love gum, the combination is brilliant.  Now they need to make a Swedish Fish one.

2.  I pretty much listened to this song on repeat all day long yesterday.  It is such a beautiful song and I can’t get enough.

I have far too many least favorites but let’s say mushrooms and ham.

I’ve been listening to songs from the Nashville tv show lately! So many good ones :) plus the show is addictive.

Reply

YOU DONT LIKE OLIVES?!?!

I love Greek food myself so I’ll never get enough. My least favorite foods are tofu (the texture disgusts me) and bananas.

Anyways, those hats are awesome. It almost makes me want to run in the dark with one. Although I don’t think I need another fall and broken arm.

Have a great weekend and glad Brooke is feeling better!

Reply

“Take me to the city dump” is currently stuck in my head. It’s a tribute to JP Patches.

Tonight I’ll probably snuggle with our girl, go to the beach, make pizza, and after she’s asleep do yoga and write.

Sounds like a perfect Friday to me!

Reply

fish and mushrooms, both have horrible flavor and texture in my opinion. Glad to see Brooke is feeling better :)

Reply

I hate hate hate olives but love beets. My husband can’t stand beets either and just like you he says they taste like dirt. More beets for me ha ha ha.

Friday night plans- teaching bootcamp. Going to give my group an awesome work out to kickoff their weekend. Then relaxing with my husband and probably early to bed to be up early for my run.

So glad Brooke is feeling better!

Reply

Haha, I finally admitted to myself yesterday that I just don’t like beets and I’m over trying to make myself. They do taste like dirt!

Reply

Beets and beans taste like mud.

I ll have a wild Friday night, staying in front of the tv watching Revenge and The Americans

Reply

I keep working on the foods I don’t like… I don’t like not liking things! I have overcome pickles and I am working on capers… but there is something about brine-y-ness that I really have a hard time with. Also mustard. I can detect even the smallest amounts- but like I said… trying to become an… adult?

Ugh no favorite songs right now. Stinks! I need a play list for the Boston Prep 16 miler Sunday- something to keep me motivated through the 15 degree weather and crazy NH hills!

Friday = movies at my BFFs house with my other BF (and our husbands) and all of their kids. I am bringing lasagna!

Reply

I have a love/hate relationship with beets! Sometimes I love them – when they’re warm and roasted, but they also do have a distinct dirt flavor. Not always appetizing…
I hate a lot of condiments – mayonnaise, relish, and random sauces…gross.

I’m going to dinner with one of my best friends! Yay weekend :)

Reply

Blue Cheese is the worst.

Reply

I did a one-day juice cleanse last weekend and it had beet juice… I wanted to barf the whole time. It DOES taste like dirt.

I also don’t like olives. Blech. And mushrooms, no matter how many times I try them again.

Reply

Haha I hate olives and like beets. Also hate cilantro and blue cheese– they taste like soap! Not a fan of goat cheese or lamb, either– they taste like licking a barn floor :)

Reply

Right now my Friday night plans look like going to bed early because I’m exhausted! I feel like I haven’t heard any awesome new songs lately so I’m super excited to read people’s responses here :)

Can’t stand the smell, look, taste, texture of ham! I’m vegetarian now but I’ve always felt this way about ham – disgusting!

Reply

My two least favorites are bananas and mushrooms. I also don’t like beets because of their texture, but I don’t come across them too often.

I can’t stop listening to “Love me again”. Its been on repeat all week.

Reply

Yuck beets! I want that gum!!! I also saw everyone posting cookie dough Oreos yesterday and I want to try them :)

Reply

I’m so with you on the olives … and I think jalepenos might be my second. I’ve never had beets because I think they look like they would taste like dirt. Now that it’s been confirmed, I can go the rest of my life without trying them :)

Reply

I don’t like olives either or onions. Yuck!!! Tonight we are taking Troy to the airport he flys to see his dad, and my BIL flys in to town for a visit.

Right now Bruno Mars Locked Out Of Heaven has been stuck on my head.

My least favorite foods are probably any kind of meat. I really can’t handle the taste and texture.

My friday night plans are a late meeting for work and then probably crashing on the couch. I know, I’m pretty wild.

So glad Brooke is back on the move!

Reply

UGH I hate beets too!! I am so glad to see a blogger that doesn’t like them, I feel like they are one of those foods they always love and put in smoothies in stuff…nope nope nope!! I also hate olives, we must be twins :)

I recently discovered Ellie Goulding (I know, WAY behind on my game!) and I can’t stop listening to “Explosions.” Beautiful song! And for my cardio, “Animals” by Martin Garrix (I think that is his name? I’m not positive lol) is on repeat. I can’t wait to be able to run outside again (way too cold right now) and blast it!!

And this is random, but did you see the special Valentine’s Day M&Ms, Red Velvet??? I found some at Wal Mart yesterday and mercy, they are good!!

Have a great Friday, Janae! Glad little Brooke is feeling better :)

Reply

Try “Oceans” by United Hillsong! Love

I have had the red and the green SPK gum. It is pretty tasty. I like giving that to my kids now instead of the actual sour patch kids :)

Reply

two least favorite foods are Olives and Peas
Friday night plans are a girls night at my house- so excited to see all my friends!

Reply

I too HATE Olives. As a child, we had to bring in different oriental foods and I was told that Olives tasted like blackcurrants and were fruity.

It was the total opposite and I’ve HATED them ever since. I also don’t like liver, tried it once and don’t want to go through the experience again.

I’m loving the song ‘Happy’ from Despicable Me by Pharrell Williams, never fails to brighten my mood when I hear it.

Glad to hear Brooke is feeling better, Have a great Friday, Janae!

Reply

We think alike with our post this week – I bought the Sour Patch Kids gum and love it and I have been listening to a few songs on repeat lately such as Titanium. If it isn’t on your running play list – download it today. I keep it on repeat and run super super fast like nobody’s business. Totally a running, release of emotions inspiring song.

Reply

I’ve had the SPK gum and it’s really good but loses it’s flavor in about 30 seconds!

Reply

I can’t think of a food I truly detest although I’m not overly find of any type of red meat fish.

My absolute favorite song right now is Murder In The City by the Avett Brothers. It’s a really beautiful song about family. I think you’ll love it!

Reply

Oh my gosh. What a beautiful song. Thanks for that.

Reply

I’m taking my 3 year old to get presents for my mom and brother’s birthdays (they’re on the same day!) at the bookstore. Then watching some TV and relaxing because my report cards are done! Right now I’ve got One Direction stuck in my head but I really like Katy Perry’s Unconditional and play it often at home.

Reply

Funny you say beets taste like dirt! I actually like them. I think it’s MUSHROOMS that taste like dirt! I can’t stand them. I also hate Brussels sprouts!

Tonight will probably be an ‘ordering pizza and sitting in front of the TV’ kind of night!

Have a great day!

Reply

I hate steak! and provolone cheese. yuck.

Reply

I am super jealous of that hat!! Neon pink will always be the best! Least two favorite foods, rice (brown and white), and fish. I just can’t get over these two, and trust me, I’ve tried multiple times lol! I’m going to outline another chapter in my anatomy book, then study the last chapter, and watch vampire diaries :D I’m still obsessed with Counting Stars by OneRepublic!

Reply

I can’t do olives either or blue cheese. Gag!

Reply

black licorice and flavored water. Cannot stand either.

Song I am liking are Timber and Story of my Life!

I don’t have many foods that I really don’t like… The only one I can really think of is black licorice! Ugh. Can’t even stand the smell of it!

Friday night plans: lounging, eating, watching TV, going to bed early. Exciting, right? ;) But it actually does sound pretty exciting to me right now. I feel like I just need one of those leisurely nights!

Reply

That gum is the best!! I think the red kind is better than green, though. I literally polished off the pack I bought in 2 days… I’m not the least bit sorry about it.

Reply

Two least favorite foods: eggplant and cactus
Friday night plans are camping at the beach! Yahoo!
My fav song right now is Unconditional by Katy Perry.

Reply

Um….cactus is a food? I didn’t even think it was a pretty plant. How would you eat it? ::googling now::

Reply

I had it at a Mexican restaurant. Blech! It was super salty and slimy and I spit it right back out.

Reply

Yeah…nothing about that sounds good. And at a Mexican restaurant? Hello cheesy goodness.

Reply

I totally agree, beets taste like dirt. I have tried them so many different ways thinking that I could find the magic combination that would make them edible; alas no. Beets and mushrooms are my least favorite foods.

Probably watch a movie with my kids while eating popcorn and sipping hot chocolate. Favorite Friday night plans in winter.

Reply

Least favorites: blue cheese and green olives (I can *tolerate* black olives, but barely)
Plans: I’m dog and cat sitting for my parents tonight so I’m gonna curl up next to their fireplace and read :)

I love most Pink songs. I haven’t heard that one yet.

Trying to decide if we should go to dinner or a movie. This will be our last date night before my husband heads to Utah to snowboard for a few days.

Any movie suggestions?

My friends have started a daily deal site called Modernpenny.com
You can link to it through my site. Sometime in the near future they will be selling some cute running headbands.

Reply

Do both ;) I watched the Wolf of Wall Street last weekend and I really liked it… Mind you though, it lasts 3 hours!!!

Reply

I am not sure how I would like that gum… but would be interested to try. I hate chocolate, whipped cream and cream cheese —> major ew.

Reply

Olives and Mushrooms…yuck!

Tonight, just a low key night since I am running a race early in the morning:)

My favorite song right now is Counting Stars by One Republic…love it!

Glad Brooke is feeling better:)

Reply

Mm. I don’t do slimy. Mushrooms for sure. Don’t even get me started on the weird things like oysters or mussells. *shudder* Beets…no. Olives just smell gross. And cottage cheese. It even has a bad name. Cottage. cheese. cottage. cheese. bleah.

My list may be a little long for your comment section so I’ll stop now.

Reply

Olives are soooooooooo gross, but I love beets, specifically roasted golden beets in a salad with feta cheese. I would have to say eggplant and peppers are my least favorites (mainly because I’m allergic to peppers!).

My Friday night includes working late and hopefully some quality time with the old treadmill.

I’m kind of obssessed with Ends of the Earth by Lord Huron. If you haven’t listened to it already, you should. I think you’ll like it.

Have a great weekend and I can’t wait to read about your adventures!

Reply

Olives and beets are AWFUL! I think I have to agree with you on that one. The new big thing in the running world is beet juice… BLEH! Sounds nasty to me don’t think I will ever be able to get into that one.

Reply

I’m a very picky eater (but getting better!) so there are a lot of foods I don’t like…the first that comes to mind is cilantro…I hate that flavor.

I’ve still been obsessed with Brave by Sara Barailles lately!

Reply

So glad to see Brooke running around again!
Your dinner looked so good! And I kind of love that hat!
I’ve hated hot dogs for my whole life. Yuck!

Reply

I used to hate beets, until my boyfriend cooked them for me. He roasted them with cauliflower and sweet potatoes drizzled with olive oil. Now, I really love them….if they’re cooked and seasoned well.

Two least favorites: hot dogs (gross…you don’t know what’s in them) and ricotta cheese (i hate the texture)

Friday night plans? I have a big tempo run this a.m., start my new job today, and have gym tonight; that’s enough to wear me out! :)

Song I love right now: Michicant by Bon Iver. Beautiful.

Reply

Did you just say you didn’t like me publicly on your blog?!
Just kidding… I’ve never tried an olive but I don’t think I’d love the taste of them either. However, I’d like to clarify something… people nicknamed Olive rock. That is all :)

Reply

Did you hear the news?! 2 new Oreo flavors. I’m personally excited about Crispy Marshmallow.

PS I’m so glad that Brooke is feeling better!

Reply

Heading to Cape Cod to run a 50K tomorrow!!! Even though I’ve tentatively been planning on doing this race for a long time, it’s kind of spur of the moment because we waited until the last minute (this morning) to decide that we’re for sure going. :)

Reply

My daughter and I have been car-dancing a lot lately due to a new, long commute. We both seem to really get going when that monster under my bed song comes on. I’m too old to know what’s going on so don’t remember the actual title or artist.

Reply

I am loving “Stay” by Rihanna. It’s in that Labor Day trailer that seems to play every other minute on the television. Totally addicted to it now!

Reply

least favorite foods are red onions & celery.

Song: “miles away” by madonna, it’s a few years old, but so good to run to!

Reply

I’m with you on disliking olives and beets! People either love or hate olives, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to switch teams.

Reply

Ha, I just tried beets again a few weeks ago to see if my taste buds had changed. My 6 yr old asked me what it tasted like, and I said, “dirt.” ;0 I’ve been using them in smoothies though..it makes such a pretty color and you can’t taste it with banana added.

I am obsessed w/”Say Something” right now. Love it.

Least fave food? anything that once had a mother
and canned spinach and creamed corn. I have never once eaten this as an adult, by was forced to eat it as a child. Gross!

Reply

Loving “Say Something” by A Great Big World and Christina. :) The video makes me teary though :(

Reply

Our taste buds are eerily similar – love of sugar, dislike of beets and olives. I totally think beets taste like dirt. It was the worst when I decided to get a fresh beet juice. ugh.

So glad that Brooke is feeling better! Sleep always makes things better.

Reply

Fish and chocolate are two foods I just don’t like. I know I said chocolate!

I seem to be hitting repeat on Florida Georgia Line – Cruise the last couple days.

Happy to see Brooke is feeling better!

Reply

Hate olives!!!!!! Loooovvvve beets!!!!! The sour patch kid gum is fabulous but loses fabulousness after a couple minutes. Try it though!

Reply

I love chickpeas and actually I love them in a salad with just balsamic vinegar and no oil. I hate to tell you but I love beets. Try them roasted with goat cheese, orange slices and balsamic vinegar and I promise you will feel very differently about them.
Thanks for blogging, I look forward to reading it every day.

Olives and Dill Pickles

I’ glad Brooke is feeling better. Having sick kids is heartbreaking and exhausting.
I love pickled beets but I cannot eat the regular ones. Eew. I also strongly dislike black licorice. It’s so grody.
Tonight we’re going to eat at the Outback with my husband’s whole family to celebrate a bunch of winter birthdays. It’s kind of pathetic how excited I am to go.
My favorite songs lately have been Sail by AWOL Nation, Timber by Pitbull, and Say Something by A Great Big World. I have this thing for really sad songs for some reason. They make me feel like I’m not all alone in my dark places. Does that make sense?

Reply

Uhhh a 4 hour nap! That sounds amazing. I would love to sleep for 4 hours straight at night haha.

Reply

I love chickpeas! I never tried them before college but they’re usually an option as a topping for rice/wraps/etc. They’re so good! I hate pickles and mint. Blech!

Reply

Try golden beets less earthy tasting. Also roasted beets taste better. And add goat cheese to them for contrast. It helps!

Reply

LET IT GO.
And Olives are amazing, you need to give them a better chance.

Reply

P.S. If I were ever able to switch voices with someone I would totally choose Pink. Her voice is amazing!

Reply

Oh I love that Pink song! (Along with all of her songs!)

Glad to see Brooke is feeling better!

You don’t like olives?!?! I love any and all olives. And you should try roasted fresh beets, they are actually delicious. And I second the suggestion of goat cheese with the roasted beets.

I actually hate bananas….the smell, the texture, the taste. I wish I liked them cause they are good for you…..

Reply

You get invited to the most awesome stuff! The Brooks team is the best!

I’m with you on the beets! They totally taste like dirt. The end.

I don’t love beets and I definitely don’t love olives. I wish I liked both though!

It’s great that Brooke is feeling better! Your Brooks event sounds like a ton of fun!

Sauerkraut and clams are two foods I can’t stand. I love most other seafood, but just can’t stand clams!

Reply

I think beets taste exactly like dirt!, but that’s why I like them… (how do we know what dirt tastes like anyways?)…… lol… Glad Brooke is feeling better….

Reply

Lol we share least favorite foods! I would like to add artichoke to my list- which I think most people use as a vehicle for mayonnaise anyways.

Reply

Friday Night Plans = Dinner and vino with the best friend. Still looking for a recipe to make!

Song I’m loving is “Brave,” by Sara Bareilles. It’s cheesy but it does make me feel a bit stronger in the tough times, like right now :-)

Reply

YES to the beet question. I will never eat another one as long as I live

Reply

I hate olives too! I keep trying them every year or so, hoping for change. They’re so pretty and I think they smell good but blech.
I’m loving the song “Fearless” from the Girl vs Monster soundtrack. How can you easily identify someone with a 7 year old daughter? Their current favorite song is from a 2012 Disney Channel movie.
Oh, and I want that gum! Adding it to my grocery list.

Reply

I’m currently chewing the berry flavor of that gum. It’s amazing. Hmm, that’s sad on my part, but it is really good. I didn’t like the lime as much though.

Olives are gross. I think they taste and smell like feet must taste.

Songs..…Eminem’s entire new CD.

Reply

I tried to Sour Patch Kids berry flavored and LOVED it. It kind of does taste like a Swedish fish!

Listen to this song!!! It’s so sad but my GOD I love it. Those nights you just need to cry (ugh) listen to it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2U0Ivkn2Ds

Definitely have to agree with you on the beets and olives. I would also add fish. Not a fan. My Friday night plans will most likely involve watching a Disney movie and eating popcorn with my daughter and husband. Living the life! :)

Reply

Yes beets totally taste like dirt! I said this to my hubby and his family, and they all looked so shocked haha..oops! I also really don’t like cauliflower. I don’t have any plans for tonight yet, but they will probably involve staying in, relaxing, and getting some more things ready for baby (will I ever feel ready?!?!). Right now I am really liking the song “Whatever She’s Got” By David Nail. It is sweet and upbeat :)

Reply

Love that song, it is one of my favorites!! Pink’s Funhouse album is one of my all time favorites. In 2008/9 I listened to it every time I ran. Took me a whole year to get sick of running with it :) I still listen to it sometime when I sleep or am in a sad mood. Isn’t it crazy how much music drives our moods.

My friday plans are pretty lame. Cleaning and swimming laps after work. I’ve been dying to get back into the pool.

My favorite song of the moment is Helluva Life by Frankie Ballard. It’s a country song and it makes me smile :) He says “bad times make the good times better.” Remember that!!

Reply

Love Tatyana Ali Last Summer right now. Glad Brooke is feeling better!

Reply

SO glad Brooke is feeling better – poor little thing!

Another twin of the dislike of beets & olives… the beets taste like medicine and dirt mixed together.

Just looking at the gum made my mouth water.

I’m glad the 4 hour nap cured her of her sickness. :)

Reply

I have tried the Sour Patch gum… it’s great! I like the red flavor (redberry I think).

Reply

SOUR PATCH KIDS GUM? Whaaaaat!! That is amazing. Please give me a full review once you get your hands on some.

I actually put the song I’m loving right now on my blog post today! :) Here’s the link: http://www.katiedidwhat.com/things-im-loving/

Love the new hat. And I don’t like beets either. They’re just… weird. But chickpeas I can definitely get behind! I always think the same thing when I have them on a salad at a restaurant, and then always forget to add them to my salads at home! That needs to change.

xo

Reply

Is it weird that I can’t think of any food I hate. I absolutely love olives! Probably my favorite and I love beets. I used to hate mushrooms but they are growing on me. I don’t like pate…but I have tried it. I have a policy of trying everything once.

Reply

I absolutely hate olives! I also hate powdered or liquid cheese…..any cheese not in your standard block really skeeves me out.

Reply

YES. Beets taste like dirt. I can handle them for about five bites and then it’s over. Plus, I think they look a little too much like organs to eat.

Beets are definitely on my least favorite food list. And organs.

Reply

I totally agree with you, beets taste like dirt! And I hate olives too. I’m sorry, I just don’t understand how people enjoy either of those things??!! I tried to overcome my hate for beets, and I added them to a salad last week. Oh my goodness, it took everything in me to not gag as I was eating my salad….never again!
I’m so glad Brooke is feeling better! Sick kids are exhausting! I always say that there is NOTHING worse than a sick child. It breaks your heart and makes life sad until they start to feel better!!

Reply

Janae, you MUST listen to “Cannonball” by Lea Michele. I know you’ll love the song & lyrics, and I know whenever I listen to it, I kick up my pace. It’s SO GOOD!!!

Reply

I don’t like ham or ginger snap cookies
My friday night plans are top secret. ;)
Glitter in the air is one of my faves….I cry when I listen to it. It’s beautiful. I remember downloading the entire album from itunes back when it first came out and literally posted facebook status’ of just lyrics from that song.
I am loving that song “story of my life” by one direction lately.

Reply

Looks like Brooke is feeling much better! YAY!
I’m in love with “can’t hold us!” I was having a meh run yesterday and then this song started playing… my pace dropped by a whole minute ;)
Two foods I really despise: liver and duck
My plans for this Friday night: speed work and then sushi+movie in bed!

Reply

Like others ^, really dislike cilantro. Really wish Chipotle would take it out of their rice :D

On repeat on Spotify: “The Man” by Aloe Blacc (feel like this would be such a good cool down jam), “Do I Wanna Know?” by Arctic Monkeys, “Love Game” by Eminem/feat. Kendrick Lamar, and “All of Me” by John Legend

Reply

I don’t know how true it is, but I’ve heard that there are two types of people, those who like cilantro (or who are fine with it being in their food), and those who think it tastes soapy and hate it and will not eat it in anything. Any truth to that?

Reply

Beets totally taste like dirt!!
Ooohhhh SPK gum….I HAVE to find it!!

Reply

That same chocolate bar company makes one with bacon. It’s heaven in your mouth.

That song is amazingly beautiful. I love it!

SPK gum is THE BEST. I have been having out of control sour candy cravings (hello, pregnancy brain) and these have been a life saver!

I cannot stand black olives or water chestnuts.

Our plans got cancelled since my stepson is sick sooo Netflix it is!! I couldn’t be happier :) Have a great weekend!

Yes, I think beets taste like dirt, too!!!! And I LOOOOOVE chickpeas on my salad. Preferably with ranch.

Have you seen her do that song at the awards show back in like 2009? It was incredible. Gives me chills!

Mmmm that gum sounds ahhhmazing!!

Reply

least fave foods-
Olives, black pepper, carrots and cream cheese

Friday night plans- Treadmill time! been a very stressful first week of school so this is much needed

The SPK gum is the bees knees! I have the red kind and the flavor is pretty right on spot, but after about 30 minutes is gone

Reply

I’m really not a picky eater- but I truly do not like liver..it just smells terrible. And although I’ve never actually eaten it-veal…I used to yell “baby cow killer” at my mom as a kid when she was eating it. (Not very nice, I know)
I also can’t really get on board with foods in cans…knowing that they are sitting in their little metal cases freaks me out! I’m all about the freshness!!:) (except chick peas bc I LOVE THEM on my salads, all day, everyday!!)
Friday night…nothing..I feel like I have a.p stomach bug so I’m taking it easy until tomorrow’s run!!:)

Songs that are currently taking over my brain: “For the First Time In Forever”, “Love is an Open Door”, and “Do You Want to Build a Snowman” from Frozen — I can’t get them out of my head! :)

Least favorite foods would have to be: anything with a slimy/mushy texture!

I loooove beets! I bake them and then cut them up and eat them out of a tupperware container by themselves. In fact I have some in my fridge right now that I need to roast!!
I prefer to avoid oranges and bleu cheese, but in general I’m not a very picky eater :)

Foods I don’t like = peas, beets, and most cheeses (except mozarella and mild cheddar — swiss or bleu or parmesan don’t agree with my taste buds).

Exciting Friday night of watching a movie at home with my husband.

I am loving “Love Don’t Die” by the Fray.

Super glad Brooke is feeling better. Kids are SO resilient (thank God).

Actually I really do think beets taste like dirt AND I love them. I feel like they remind me of my Grandma and they connect me to the earth. Funny I guess but I feel good and happy when I have beets!!

Awww, I love that pin song! I used to listen to it on repeat too back when I first discovered it. There is something so soothing about it and it was just what I needed at that time.

Tonight we are going to a church event that involves Olympic games and dessert, I am pretty excited!

Olives and beets are pretty high up on my list of least favorite foods too! I got a juicer a couple months ago and tried making beet juice but felt like I was sipping on dirt and had to throw it away haha.
