I don’t normally write an afternoon post on Fridays but I just had to tell you that I took Brooke to her first movie ever.

We brought TJ’s kettle corn for her and kicked back and relaxed.  This will be one of our ‘things’ that we do together every December (and let’s be honest… every time a kids movie comes out because you know about my deep love for going to the movies).

This picture was taken after it was over and you can tell by her expression she was sad it was all done.

I hope you are having a perfect Friday and that at some point in the near future you get to go to a movie and eat popcorn.

You didn’t really say what you thought of the movie…and I am a little nervous to ask because my girls (16 and 14) LOVED it!!! I am actually a little obsessed with Elsa and when she sang “Let It Go”….. ;-)

Oh my goodness. It was sooooo good. I cried.

So impressed she could handle it…she’s so mature! My 4-year old got really disturbed in some parts of it. I really, really enjoyed it.

Could you guys be any more adorable? Impossible.

Wasn’t sooo good! Loved this movie and the soundtrack was amazing.

Love her little vest. It’s too adorable! Christian & I are going to go see Frozen sometime over break and I’m so excited! If a 1.5ish year old likes it, I’m sure I will ;)

Awww she looks so cute! You can tell she loved every minute! I have heard really great things about Frozen – too bad my husband really won’t be into seeing a kids movie ;-)

I will happily accept a trip to see The Hunger Games though :)

I love the look on brooke’s face of pure enthusiasm. She is darling!

Aw, so cute she would sit thru the movie like that! I still haven’t taken my 2 yr old to the theater, I haven’t wanted to subject others to his rambunctious ways!

What a fun outing! I remember my first movie with two of my kids…The Lorax. So fun!

And kettle corn is a must. Brooke is adorable. You are so blessed.

My mom took my kids to see it last weekend while Ross and I went to friendsgiving. They loved it. Especially Anna since the characters name was Anna too :)

Side note: I saw an adult fur vest in the women’s section at Target and nearly texted you a picture of it. You need it so you can match Brookers. NEED.

Hope you have a great weekend!!

So fun! How did she do? Did she sit and watch the whole thing?? :-)

I can’t believe you got a nearly one and a half year old to sit through a movie! I am dying to take my 2 year old to a movie, but she is so hyper. I might just wait till 2015 for the new Finding Nemo movie:) She’ll be 4 then!

Omg cutest! I love going to the movies, and I am obsessed with movie popcorn. I always put too much white cheddar powder topping on it and then I end up covered in it but its so worth it. Brooke looks adorable sitting in the theatre, lol

Okay, can we just talk about the level of cuteness that stinkin’ vest brings to the story??

And SO impressed she sat through the movie. Wow.
