Today I did 8 minute abs TWO times in a row after teaching spin. That is 16 minutes of abs. That is 16 minutes of burning and pain. Brooke was impressed.
When I should have been unpacking I went to TJ’s to grab something for dinner (this store is way too close to us, it is starting to be a problem) and we went right when they opened. This was awesome because they were giving out cereal for samples and for some reason they gave me two? I really need to start adding blueberries to my cereal.
I was talking to my sis today for our normal 90 minute conversation and I was telling her about the thing in my life right now that makes me a little too happy. In our new place we have a huge pantry. You can say it, that is weird that this thing makes me so happy but for the first time in my apartment living life we have enough storage space.
Speaking of my sister, she sent me a picture of her kiddos and it made me miss them so badly that I started looking up plane tickets to go home and decided I am going next month.
I hope my dad is okay with me sharing a family recipe but it is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission. Today I had my Dad’s famous peanut butter/jelly/banana grilled sandwich. Try it, you will never eat a plain pb and j again.
We are about to head out to take advantage of the warm weather and hallelujah that it is officially popsicle weather.
PS I am taking Brooke swimming for her first time EVER! Get excited for about a million and ten pictures of Brooke in the pool.
