Brooke sent out a tweet this morning. I was getting ready and she had my phone for one minute. ONE minute. The phone was on but somehow she got into the Twitter app, composed a tweet and sent it out. I noticed right as she was pushing send.
I told Billy about it and he said he would set up an account for her when he gets home. Let me know if you are interested in following her.
I did my pool running workout followed by ATTEMPTING this workout. I was able to do 4 out of 7 of the super sets. It is so hard! My goal is to be able to do all 7 some day:)

Some friends came over for lunch. Egg salad sandwich (I forget how much I love these) and a quinoa salad.
I made my favorite PB no-bake cookies.
And a quick hello from Brooke… she is crawling all over the place now. I personally think she has great form.
I feel really bad about the last post. I mentioned that we had cookie salad and I didn’t give you the recipe. That was insensitive of me to tell you about something so great and leave you hanging. My friend sent me the recipe:
2 cups buttermilk
1 5.1 oz vanilla pudding mix
1 large 16 oz tub of cool whip
1 20 oz can of pineapple tidbits
` regular can of mandarin oranges
1 pk of Keebler elf fudge striped shortbread cookies.
Mix the buttermilk and pudding together. Then add the cool whip. Add everything else and make sure to drain the cans really well.Cut the cookies into small or big pieces depending on how you prefer. I like them cut into about 6 pieces per cookie.

Tonight Im getting plenty of rest because I’ve got my long run tomorrow! (YAY) Workouts lately haven’t been to hard but a few nights ago I went to hot yoga and that is no joke! I felt like a river was pouring off my body. The last cookie I ate was a chocolate crinkle cookie. It rocked.

Dinner with grandma and grandpa tonight. Third cake smash of the week for Monkey! Then headed to the park to enjoy beautiful weather before rain comes in. My husband and I do this Spartan strength workout that kicks my butt every time. Lots of squat, lunge, and push-up moves. Last cookie I ate was one of my daughter’s Earth’s Best cinnamon cookies. Wait until Brooke posts pictures you don’t want to share on FaceBook. :) Tonight we are celebrating my daughters 3rd birthday with friends. Pizza and beer!!! Well not for the kids. The last time I had a hard workout was the day after the Boston Bombing. I ran my heart and legs out that day. I’ve done my rowing machine a couple of times and I’m doing a Pushup, Plank and Squat challenge so I think I’md doing pretty good in that area. The last kind of cookie I ate was chocolate chip. Your sandwich looks amazing by the way!

Brooke is just the cutest thing! My last hardest workout was a 5k. I know that’s super easy for some people, but it was the first time I’ve ever run that far, so I was excited!

Everyone has been talking about cookies today :shock: And here’s me, not even really remembering the last time I had one. BUT! I’ll be changing that tonight. I plan on whipping up a batch of my favorite cookies – chocolate chip oatmeal – so I’ve got a date with my stove tonight ;)

Tonight I was supposed to stay home and catch up on the mountain of schoolwork I’ve got to do, but a friend is having a going away party so I’ll make an appearance there.
My strength training basically consists of yoga, and I did that a few times this week. :)
My last hardest workout was the plyometric DVD from the Insanity workout series…..LOVE IT!! Last cookie…hhhmmm can’t remember which is kinda sad:( Better change that tonight.
School dance and sleeping at a friend’s tonight :) omg. Every time I have an egg salad sandwich I wonder why I don’t have one everyday. Theyare so good. Last cookie… chocolate chip. Can’t beat it.

This entire week has been hard. I’m in operation Cancun mode so I’m stepping it up. I’ve done strength training 3x this week, plus pilates and running. It would probably be more effective if I didn’t keep stuffing my face.

I only got one strength training session in this week. Soccer started this week, and after two games so far by body is in rough shape. As much as I try to prepare, the beginning of soccer season is always a shock to my body.

My last hard workout was TODAY- 11 miles long run in Central Park. My legs were very tired (probably because of yesterday’s tempo run) and I had to drag myself from one hill to the other- worst run ever! So the plan for tonight is couch+compression socks to speed recovery!
Cannot think about the last cookie I ate but I can tell you that thanks to you I became addicted to the kettle corn from Trader Joe’s- I’m eaitng it right now! Hope you had a great date this evening ;)

The LOVE of my life, my 8 month old nephew, has been texting me since he was 3 months old, I swear. He even texted me “lard” one time and I didn’t not even care that he was insulting me bc I was so proud of him texting me an actual word.
We had a rare wild night out last night so tonight will probably be couch/food/tv!
My last insane workout was 8X800s with only .2 rest intervals – it killed me. And I did strength this week shockingly – Body Sculp Tues and No More Trouble Zones Fri – still sore!
