How to spend your second to last night in Utah:

I think we have a future blogger on our hands.  I am not letting her start her own blog because I know that you only come to my blog now to see pictures of Brooke and if she had her own blog you would no longer feel the need to come to mine.   Jealous of a 3.8 month old.  I am also jealous of all of her super fluffy jackets that feel like heaven with a zipper.

Mer and I hung out for a solid 2 hours and it was so good to just get one on one time with my grandma.  She also gave Brooke her very first ornament which I am pretty darn excited about.

All of the employees and patrons of Yogurtland started crying as soon as I told them all that I would no longer be coming in daily (and sometimes twice a day) because I am headed home on Monday.  These gorgeous sisters joined me for the occasion and Brooke was eyeing their froyo the entire time.

I actually ended up spending over two hours there because once we start talking (I kind of like to talk and typing posts is kind of like forcing you to listen to me through the computer) we don’t stop.

The only thing that could take me away from yogurtland were my parents.  I had the salad of course, my dad had the burrito and my mom always gets the steak taco.

And for the grand finale we went to my cousin’s work again for games and treats.  Have you tried a pogo stick recently?  They are ridiculously hard and I couldn’t even get both of my feet on there at the same time for one bounce.  My nephew did it and got 56 bounces without falling off.   She was bouncing so fast that she was a blur:

That is my hot chocolate sitting on the counter but I didn’t want to do a boring picture of just hot chocolate so I tried to make it all artistic by including the happy children, the basketball game and the Christmas decor all in one photo.

My perfect hot chocolate blend:  2/3 milk chocolate and 1/3 white chocolate with as much froth as possible.

I’ve been thinking a lot about NYC lately. I’d go there with my husband but only if we could do it up right and had lots of money to spend. It is where we got engaged. Another is the Carribbean. I didn’t answer that because we are actually going in less than two months on our honeymoon (a year and a half late, whoops).

I don’t think you have ever asked such a difficult question on your blog! I’ve narrowed it down to 3 places/3 types of holidays and this was HARD work!

1. Prague – for the history and culture
2. Maldives – for the relaxation, sun and ocean
3. Tanzania – for a Safari adventure

You must be excited to see Billster but of course, sad to be leaving your family!

Safe travels!
