I promise my floor is not dirty. I actually just mopped it. I promise. The fact that that floor was laid 103 years ago probably is why it looks like sludge city but we are okay with it……it is all part of the poor just married thing ya know:)
I have a new leg move for you that made my legs feel like they were on FIRE!!!
Put a paper towel under your back leg and get into a deep lunge position.
Keep your front leg isolated and slide up the back leg. Start with counts of four, then counts of two and then try to do it fast. We ended up doing each leg for about two minutes and it hurts to stand now.
That just means I get to stay on the couch for the rest of the day right?
