I know I promised no more sweaty pictures but I tried covering up most of it with my shoes.
You know when someone goes to give you a hug after a race or a tough workout and you feel REALLY bad because little do they know they are about to be covered in my sweat…….. everyone knows now to just give me an air hug or just pretend that you are touching me.
Spin was the best class yet of my California experience this summer:
1. My SIL came with me and I LOVE to have a spin buddy.
2. There weren’t as many people in spin today leaving a little bit of air for me to breath.
3. They brought my SPIN shoes that I forgot at home. I have been doing spin with my running shoes and it makes the BIGGEST difference to have cycling shoes. (You can find the one’s I have on my gear page). I would recommend them if you really want to get into spin….but if you don’t really care and don’t go all the time than sticking to your regular shoes is still AWESOME!!
After spin we did two miles on the good ol’ treadmill. They were slow but between the endorphins, pumping my arms and watching The Kardashians I was in complete heaven!
