Dinner and Laundry; Win-win

Went to the parentals house to do some laundry.  It is perfectly normal for a 24 year-old to still do laundry at her moms house, thanks for asking.  We conveniently happened to be there around dinner time.  My Mom offered to take us to Costa-Vida.  Done and done. Piled in the back seat and went to one of my favorite mexican restaurants.

That would be a sweet pork salad with a whole wheat tortilla, mango salsa and pico de gallo.  I skip the rice and beans… they taste too bland for my liking and I would rather get my calories through the form of a hot chocolate at my parents house afterwards to warm up.  In case you were wondering I wore my Vibrams to the restaurant and they almost didn’t let me in. They didn’t want me to ruin their image.  My dad also made fun of me.  The sacrifices runners make.

That sounds amazing!
I'd much rather save calories for hot chocolate, too. :)

Oh, and second thought: it's perfectly normal. I'd do the same thing if my parents weren't 400 miles away.

hehe ROCK those vibrams!!
COSTA VIDA is my favorite 'kinda quick' mexican restaurant!!! SO SO SO yummy! I always get the HUGE salad too, and asked them to load it with veggies…serious fiber-overload, but no shame! :)
I hope your week is off to a great start!

Ok Costa is the bomb.com. My fave! You always say you eat salads and wraps… ok but what do you put in your wraps and do you put dressings on your salads? Love your skinny face. :)

LOVE mango salsa, that looks super yummy! I have never even heard of that restaurant, I am assuming it is a west coast thing…
